I like Capoeira because it is very engaging and even entertaining. It uses all your muscles and gives you a pretty cool flexibility. Some argue it is not very helpful out in the wild and indeed it involves very few punches and a lot of kicks which are harder to land in a fight. So it is more for personal enjoyment but I can vow once you are doing it you will love it. If you want to have more defense skills I would add some boxing or kickboxing training.

True but it does not answer his question of how to deal with someone insisting on the topic.

Finally a thread where I can share this: https://www.sustainability-modeling.com Basically a how-to attempt for saving the human race through moving to a natural economy instead of money-based economy (embrace nature to save the planet and avoid extinction). I think this subject should be discussed in TRP.

Well I ve used old spice original scent stick for 2 days now. I was only sitting at the office and walking for a bit through 20C temperature so very relaxed condition and still when I got home I could feel the sweat a bit. And i m not a very smelly kind of guy. Also freshly trimmed armpits so not sure how good old spice is... perhaps it s this too minty/spicy original scent that brings of sweat..
