I've had luck reporting stuff like this on Facebook. The first time it rarely works but then you explain yourself to be reviewed and show the hypocracy then it was removed

I understand how you feel. I was taking a test for a security job about ten years ago and minorites and women got extra points awarded to them because they scored lower. Talk about being fair. I didn't accept the job offer after that.
