The high incidence of meatal stenosis and other complications suggest this isn't the case overall, though it does take 3-6 seconds to rinse under in the shower. Conclusions around reducing STDs are dodgy and even if they're true it's not good enough to avoid the need for condoms. So you can slice off part of the penis and then have to use a condom anyway. | 1 | Thoughts on Circumcision (mgm)That's a way to bill for it today (in the US anyway). Diagnose an infant with "phimosis" to extract money from insurance to pay for it. Best to stop funding it via medicaid which will force parents to stop and think when asked to pay for it and hopefully the greed of insurance companies will follow.
