And I'm loving it. I use pan, instead of grill. I sometimes go with 80% Lean and 20% Fat - and sometimes, 90% Lean with 10% Fat - 1/3 Chuck, 1/3 Sirloin and 1/3 Short Ribs. Seasoning is simple; salt and lotsa black pepper - I like my burger thin though. Anyways, I prefer homemade mayo, but mostly - to save time; I take store-bought mayonnaise, add in some salt, garlic powder, and lotsa black pepper - and it's almost as good as the homemade one.
