12	Why have young people in Japan stopped having sex? I'm no expert on Japan, but their culture puts a massive pressure on people to conform to expectations, be polite and respect the protocol. You just don't go swaggering around and doing your own thing contrary to social norms in public. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Japanese females are also strongly socially conditioned not to openly go for the all-swagger bad boy alpha with no substance (i.e. no stable job or prospects, not fitting well into society).	/r/TheRedPill	20/10/13 09:15 PM
0	Why have young people in Japan stopped having sex? Is this just your opinion about how things might be, or are you actually familiar with present-day Japanese culture and society? The cultural model is still traditional, man being the provider and the wife staying at home. Of course, in a modern (and sadly stagnant) economy it doesn't work out quite like it did 50 years ago, but Japanese culture is hardly an example of feminism red in tooth and claw (like US/UK/Oz).	/r/TheRedPill	20/10/13 09:08 PM

The statistic is fudged, but the fact remains that significant majority of divorces are initiated by women. Incentives. If a woman initiates it, she usually gains materially. If a man does, he loses not only good chunk of current assets, but also future earnings. If A needs to pay to do X and B is paid to do X (and the amounts are substantial), guess who'll do more X?
