you need to love yourself. i was in your shoes about 3 years ago but i put on a lot of muscle since then and do fine now with women. In fact, my new girlfriend is younger, with a better body, without any emotional baggage, and is very submissive. It took some time but I got a huge upgrade.

This happened to me too. Women are fucking savages.

I regret being manipulated into children with my ex wife. Now my kids are screwed developmentally. Divorce her and thank your lucky stars you have control of your life still. Imagine another kid AND divorcing anyway.

Buddy I wasted my whole life on one girl. Now I’m 26 and getting divorced. I have shit self esteem because I was cheated on and I accepted it. I feel the same exact way, even with the fact that I have had sex probably over 400 times. Those 400 times were with one girl. I’m terrified of what it’s like to do something different, I still feel like a virgin.

I have no real advice but I want you to know that you’re not alone. Keep your chin up and your shoulders back. You got this brother.

I genuinely believe I should have been aborted too. I would prefer not having been born. My dad wanted to abort me too because he was 20, then he was a shit father and I ended up having a kid at 20 too, accidentally.

I argued and argued that we were having another too soon and my beta bitch ass couldnt stand up for what I believed. She convinced me that it would be better for the kids and everything, using sex to solidify to thought

Years of internalized inadequacy and infidelity caused me an identity crisis. I only tested my 6 year so far.

Thanks. I am grateful for that. My ex literally said to me “you’ll thank me later” I cringe at how beta I was. I’m kinda angry that my eyes are open and I realize I have at least a year or two of really hard work to do to up my SMV

What am I to do as a single father? My wife left me for this exact reason.

Yes absolutely. I shouldn’t have a 6 year old and 2 year old at 26.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
