I’m a former DC resident. I’d say the best thing for you is to maybe just take a trip to U street on an afternoon around 8pm and just hang out til 2am. You’re bound to see a co-worker, an old friend you didn’t know even lived in DC, a random group of too drunk folks who spontaneously put you in their group. It might not get you into a romantic situation immediately lol but will at least but you into an environment where you can be more comfortable socially and enjoy yourself. Hope this helps

Read the Art of Seduction. And an underrated source of information for flirting tips is platonic woman friends. They love being platonic friends with men who get a lot of women (interesting dynamic, I know) so they’ll definitely throw some tips and maybe even introduce you to friends
