3	Restoring Cast Iron cookware use bacon everytime. cook bacon at the lowest heat for 15 minutes. pour out the extra (if any, find lean bacon). leave some grease. then put your eggs in. I leave the bacon in the pan. and then flip the eggs in 5-10 minutes and turn it off. this is at low heat. if you start it first thing in the morning while you are doing other things, its done by the time you are out of the shower and ready.
