Good post, something that's been lacking these last couple of years. What's especially truthful is the concept that a man's sense of self security is something that women generally lack. I imagined when I was younger that the less attractive girls I dated had reason to be insecure when faced with their more attractive competition. As I got older and began dating more attractive women I realised they still felt insecure because they were still comparing themselves upwards. When I started dating w…

Either you're concerned with the opinion that other men have of your dating strategy or you're responding to criticism with name calling rather than examining whether their statement has any truth.

Got a few years on you I think and can relate to this entirely having been through the same thing, You'll get back to where you were and exceed beyond it, wiser, more motivated and with the strength of character to encourage others based on your own struggles.

It's more a case of what to avoid, Any style or school that emphasises fitness, bag work, sparring or grappling is ace and will lead to practical results; Anything that offers kata/patterns, 'self defence', lengthy contracts or giving you a black belt are to be avoided, Very broadly speaking, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo are all great. Karate and Kickboxing are hit and miss depending upon the school. Aikido, Taekwon-Do, Wing Chun are almost always useless.

What martial art schools are in your town/city? Have a Google search and I'll tell you what's worth looking into. A few months of training will give you a new respect for what you're capable of and to realise that almost all confrontation will never lead to violence and that even if it does, you can develop the skills to handle it. When you've been hit and thrown by seriously capable men you'll be significantly less worried about your office co-worker being passive aggressive with you.

Don't know where to start with this one, Don't skip deadlifts and squats was the only good bit of advice.

I don't take advice about what men should be from angry women on social media.

You're preaching to an audience of men who determine relationships on their own judgements and values in life, You could get to the top of your game and meet a woman you want to raise a family with, Or you could focus on your life mission and allow casual relationships with multiple women on your own terms, Letting multiple women break your heart is a reflection of your own mindset.

You were a virgin three years ago, got your heart broken by one of the first girls you've ever dated and then came here to teach other men what exactly?

I'd never take criticism about who I date from single mothers. Don't let it concern you.

Nihilism won't improve your life, looks, fitness, bank balance, relationships or mental health.

Nietschze had his moments with 'Amor Fati' talking about loving ones fate despite the world's faults, Marcus Aurelius and Stoicism in general is a philosophy that goes well with the development of masculine virtues. Marcus especially is a man who lived through world changing hardships, plague, war, the loss of his children, the betrayal of one of his closest friend and allies. All things that make disillusionment with finding a wife feel trivial. Albert Camus takes a different approach, seeing t…

You'd do well to take up the reading of some Philosophy from great minds of the past who described similar thoughts and feelings but chose not to give into Nihilism. You don't want a wife, you don't want kids, you don't see the point. That's fine. It's not for others to tell you that you're wrong, though the wisdom of long experience would indicate that at some point you're somewhat likely to change the way you feel. And even if you don't change your viewpoint, that's fine too as long as you're …

So be in the Top 10% of men and stop lamenting the state of society, you won't change the world but you can change yourself.

I met and married a single mother and we've been together 7 years. There's a difference between acknowledging that single mothers are generally not a good option and treating that fact like religious dogma.

The point about the Navy SEALS was excellent. For a group that prides itself on being silent, secretive professionals, they have an awful lot of movies, documentaries and autobiographies. O'Neil even does motivational speaking.

I genuinely wonder what people are doing with their lives when this isn't normal behaviour. Do you never make long drives? Have a job where you're too busy to look at your phones? Go to sleep? Catch a flight? Go abroad and not have signal? I've had weeks where I've not spoken to my wife because she knows I can't.

Great post. This is a new account (personal security for work) but I've spent years having this argument with blokes on here who tell me I'm wrong for having a wife and kids. I'm very happy. If The Red Pill teaches you anything, it's be your own man and live your own life.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
