You make good points. Though I would like to just point out one small change. If you see a service dog out in public with its equipment on the best course of action if you need to interact with it's handler is to pretend the dog does not exist. This is the stance my workplace has taken and there has never been a single complaint.

You know what isn't seen in this video? What I can only imagine is probably a very brightly coloured dog vest and harness that has a big visible label on it saying SERVICE DOG. I'm withholding my judgement of Dr. Phil until I find out whether or not he kept his word. He couldn't have been more clear about "holding her accountable" if she was lying. Near the end though it seemed like he had lost a bit of nerve on that topic. If he helps the authorities in prosecuting her for the multiple crimes she's committed I will personally send that man a gushing letter...maybe even a plaque of greatness.

To me I didn't see a guy with a mountain of patience. I see a guy who has probably been dealing with this for months who has literally just ran out of emotion on the topic. Completely drained from constant accusations, questioning from officials, and having his life set of fire. That was a guy who was at the end of his rope. I'd hate to think what might have happened to him if the show went against him instead of against her.

I suppose the idea of key clubs makes sense and I think I've heard of one that use to be in my area. I live in Canada so I'm probably going to look into this a bit more. I can remember why this club near me closed (it was many years ago) but I do know it had something to do with its exclusivity.
