College men not approaching anymore makes way more sense when you consider that they're more likely to be risk averse and make safer choices. They overthink stuff and usually get stuck in that paralysis. They don't take chances and chances leave them behind. Meanwhile, the dudes I knew that never went to college got women pregnant by 20 and were cheating on them. They got used to surviving on the streets and working intense manual labor. People here swear that only very attractive men get approached. I don’t have sex, and I stopped approaching women after my last breakup. Yet, I still find myself rejecting women at work and even at a high school reunion. I'm not american though.

The insanity of these people comes from the belief that if you never had a partner before, you're simply not worthy and you will never be. The fact that you got into a relationship doesn't "fix" that for them, there MUST be something wrong with you and if that's the case you're "subhuman". They obviously never verbalize this, not even in their consciousness, it's all lurking deep within the unconscious.
