That was my thought too. Its the whole reason, as the author mentioned, that the state gave benefits to families with only one child. Maybe they finally realized that less citizens means less taxpayer money, so now they're changing their tune.

Granted she's a former employee, but someone still maintaining relationships from their previous jobs isn't unheard of at all.

Which gender would that be? Becuase I'm told there is quite a lot of them.

Did she get a rape kit done after the incident? Is there any hard evidence at all like videos, tapes, witnesses? Judging by your story it sounds like the only hard evidence is the flirting texts by her sent post-"rape". How the fuck is a year old case with no evidence and "victim" admitting to being intoxicated not immediately fucking thrown out of court?

You sound more than a little bit crazy, but ill hear you out. Who is trying to push mgtow ideas on us to destroy family units? You say "those" but never mention who those are. Corporations? Governments? And please dont throw a 3 page essay my way like you did with the op. A simple answer is fine.

Its the most blatantly obvious form of bigotry and yet people will cheer and applaud this shit.

As long as they are required to make up the hours, then im fine with this policy in some cases. If shes in pain and physically cant focus, then come back when can focus and get meaningful work done. Just make up the hours you missed. However, there are some jobs where unexpected leave is unacceptable. Like manufacturing jobs with strict deadlines. I cant assume ill be able to staff somebody in your place. In cases like this, the employer should have the option to refuse mentsrual leave.

If you can do so legally, record every interaction between the two of you. Actually, probably do it anyway, in case she does actually go fucking nuts. It's likely better to get an illegal video recording charge over a (false) rape/abuse accusation. Also not a lawyer, i write programs for fun/ job prospects. Im pretty sure evidence obtained illegally this way will most likely get thrown out in court and you could still get charged after that. Filming in public, i believe, is legal. So coffee shop…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
