If memory served me right I believe it came from articles like this https://www.huffpost.com/entry/backup-husband_n_5923700

I chucked to language barrier given it's from India today. But the original information I've heard from multiple sources. This was the one that had it written down. Now is this all factual and true, the jury is still out on that one. With that said I've seen plenty of real life examples were this stood out. But I recognize my sample size is small and I could be wrong.

That maneuver is called monkey branching. And yes if she did it before she will do it again. Fun fact, a study perform 2 years ago showed more than 50% of women had a back up guy in they back packet. This ensured that even if the current relationship failed, there was someone in reserve to fall too. I say all that to say personally I think it's a huge red flag. I recently had this very situation. Ol girl left me high and dry and messy terms, the ex wasn't the guy she thought or hoped he was then…

Man if i had a dollar for every time i had that happen I'd get my bonus early 😂. But yes even if you're talking to her but she responds to you every couple days, that's clear you're not her number one draft pick. Just cut her loose.

I'm not a pastor or a bible expert so i would need to yield on those who know more. I say that to say i will do more research as i presently dont recall the exact context and i will come back to you

If you're able to make an emotional connection with her, you're fun to be around and your pipe game is A1, yes she will stick around for a while. Funny enough as i write this, an ex of mine literally just texted me calling me "chocolate thunder". She literally just ended it with her ex and she was in my inbox shortly after. I could have been over hitting it again but I'm taken and I ain't fitting to cheat. Point is i dicked her down right, i saw her as a person and not just for what she offered …

They say it takes 3 weeks to make something a habit and 3 weeks to make it a part of your life. This is part of why Jesus want on that 40 day journey/fast. My advice is to make a list of things you need to work on. Give yourself timelines and break up those things into actionable goals. Then execute and be sure to make it a part of your routine.

You're very welcome 🙂 If you don't mind my asking where do you live? And lakes or any stream of water could suffice. Or if possible go on holiday/vacation to a country that has a sea front You can always learn to play the piano and get better at guitars. You can also get a mix table and learn to mix music. If you ever are in the states, and are in NYC or philadelphia and basketball is in season — we could go catch a game ⛹🏿‍♀️🏀. Ya man heal up, get back on the settle and ride out to the sunset l…

Hey man, thank you for sharing that with me. As a 32 soon to be 33 year old man whose taken many Ls i feel you. The girl (i think i mentioned her earlier in the thread) more or less did and said the same. She was busy with work but she was on the dating site and IG all the time. At which point you can't help but feel like they're ignoring you. The sad truth is they most likely were, in their calculus they figured they didn't think you or anyone in that situation was important enough to respond t…

You're welcome 🙂 and if you don't mind my asking, what happened? Feel free to DM directly if you don't want to talk about it here. Also you're completely within your rights if you don't want to talk about it, I respect your wishes either way.

Ghosting is never fun, and you have every right to feel some kind of way. With that said i would encourage you to learn to forgive them and love them (from afar). I was dating this girl and two days before our date she ghosted me. I was disappointed, i know what it meant and eventually (couple days later) just accepted it. I reached out again a month or two later to send her something positive. Funny enough she responded, and she has since tried passively to get with me but i when i reached out …

Ahhh! Ok ok. I'm used to seeing indicators of compromise which in my field means someone got pwned (hacked) or in aprior occupation the asset (e.g., person, structure, etc.) may not be trusted to operate as expected with integrity. But i digress 😂, good post though

You used the words "indicators of", are you in cyber security? Or military/defense? 🧐 As for your post, as an experienced hunter, I can say you been pretty spot on. I think it is also helpful to have filters of expectations. Which you kinda got into in your post more of less. My personal style and approach is if i make contact I'm front load heavy topics and questions. This allows me to gauge how the person reacts to those situations and how well thought out their responses are. It's less so to …

Taking an L with grace builds character. So that's good you were able to walk away and not be down or turn into a jerk. Keep it up eventually you'll get a yes and i look forward to the follow up post of you putting a ring on it 😊.

When I was single i would say take them out on a date. I was clear about my intentions, and didn't want any vagueness or room for misinterpretation. In a way you have to be confident and assertive while not coming off as a creep. Just to be clear when i say assertive, it don't mean you harass her into giving you what you want, that's not cool and that's never ok. If she says she's not interested or whatever, it's ok just cut your losses, be respectful and keep it moving. Now when you ask her out…

To quote my man swoozie, mutual interest mutual investment. Above all, don't chase because it will always end in a crash or in your face in the pavement. Focus on you, build yourself up and get your numbers up.

So filter 1: i would check to see if they were Christian, wanted kids and are they looking for something serious. Filter 2: is their profile empty, are more than half their pictures thirst traps and what do they do for a living. Filter 3: this is assuming they respond, in the conversation i have a set of 25 questions i pepper in. These questions are designed to give me an idea of where they're in life. This includes what are you looking for in a relationship and partnership. If the answer is bas…

To quote swoozie, mutual interest, mutual investment. And don't chase because it will end up in a crash or with your face in the pavement. But you're right, every time I set rules and didn't follow them i regretted it. The rules were set to ensure I maximized opportunities and not waste too much time on a venture. In a weird way dating is light playing the stock market. Only thing is you're using your time as currency. When you frame it that way it becomes hella important to not waste time. Beca…
