OLD sucks, I agree. Never been productive for me. But take heart. I'm retired, and the odds get better for sex as you age. Tons (literally) of women but men are a scarce item. Be careful of time limits for alimony. In CA the "mandatory alimony" time was after 10 years of marriage. Divorce before 10 years left the question open or time-limited. Check your local laws. i always picked the farthest eatery to have lunch, ensuring i got a good walk (1/2 mile) in for lunch. something quick, small portions, followed by a quick walk back. (think: Asian without the rice(starch)) eating lunch (home made) was reserved for lunch meetings and rainy days . or bring your lunch and eat it at the farthest location (park, etc) also, do not eat only-protein. gout is possible and very painful. eat those veggies with your meat.
