Bruh, I'm not a dating expert in any capacity but what you described is a straight up slut. She clearly has no desire for an actual relationship and any relationship she is part of will be a joke to her since all she wants is to "feel pretty" and get dick. I recommend you sever all ties and find a quality woman.

Well, since you asked (thanks for asking btw) from about Thanksgiving till the beginning of this week I wasn't doing well at all. I ate like a dumpster, smoked like a chimney, stopped exercising, and dove back into watching pornography while sitting alone. A lot of self hate came with that. Big ups on this one! I am still struggling a great deal with self hatred and negative self talk even as I type this. As a result eye contact with anyone (even people that I'm in a position of power over) is painfully difficult as well as asserting myself or feeling any sensation of respect from others. Thanks for the exercises at the bottom of each one too, that really is helpful for bringing the concept into focus.

Thanks man, I appreciate the advice. I suppose a lot of it stems from the fact that I'm in somewhat of an existential crisis mode since I feel like I'm starting very late in the game at 26 nearly 27 and should've already had this stuff figured out a few years ago.
