The fuck are you even talking about? Someone got threats about their kid being raped, you wrote some dumb arse shit about them needing to be coddled.

Clearly, a minority of people cannot handle social media, and need protecting. yeah ok so start with fixing your shitty attitude where people threatening to rape your kid is something that a majority of people can "handle".

I would have said the solution was not to threaten to rape 5 year olds.

Yeah, that's what I mean. I've gone back to it. Isn't your point that 6-7% incidents being same sex voilence implies that vlilence between two men in a relationship is rare?

Actually you know what? I think I'm miss-reading this original point. Sorry. What's the lie that you spotted?

Oh good. Hahaha. I was so confused. So if 6% of total incidence happen in same sex partnerships, and 10% of partnersships are same-sex; doesn't that imply a massive amount of voilence is happening in same sex relationships? In other-words, 6% doesn't sound like much, until you realise that the maximum percentage it could possibly be is 10% when 90% of relationships are not homosexual.

what? What? Ok for real what am I not following. I would have said the definition of "[romantic] partners" is "people in a [romantic] relationship." What situation are people are partners but not in a relationship? Isn't "partners" in this case short for "partners in a relationship" or "relationship partners." This whole thing is looking at the context of intimate partners I.e. People in an intimate relationship with each other.

Isn't that what it means? (domestic voilence = voilence between partners) Or are you thinking it could means voilence from other family members? Honestly I'm stoned so don't be offended if you need to spell it out to me how I'm wrong!

Sorry, I was writing a bit lazy. "60% of men in same sex partnerships had experienced voilence from their partner."

What percentage of men are in same sex relationships? It'd be about 10% I guess? So 6% of men experience same sex violence, that's 60%.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
