2	LUNATIC Thinks She Is Above The Law Gets ARRESTED The specific backgrounds this, I’ll never know. However, what she was referencing isn’t really what she thinks it is. What she tried to do is use a specific excerpt from the Articles (which are still actually laws as long as they don’t contradict the constitution because the constitution takes precedence) is saying that free inhabitants from one state in another state must be treated equally and that there aren’t different laws for citizens and non-citizens.
