Right now - no, if you are eligible for military service. But that doesn't mean you are forcibly taken out of your home, given weapons and sent to the frontlines at sight, hence why I called this post bullshit. If time comes your resources are needed - you will be notified.

I’m really confused, you say no ones being forcefully drafted, but you’re also saying there’s conscription Yeah, but not everyone is conscripted right away. There are waves to this. First they call for people with experience, who already served, then reserves etc. It's all depending on the current needs.

Because men are conscripted to the army in our country, women are not. This is how the law is in our country and always was - men serve and fight, women don't. There are a lot of women volunteers though joining local territory defense forces and helping. Our women are badasses and many have received combat training and were given arms. Listen, to all of you downvoting and shit - I am not here to argue how things should be. Or whether it's equality or not. I am just pointing out that the original…

This is true. Men are not allowed to leave our country at the moment - we are currently under martial law. But this has nothing to do with fake ass "men are hunted on the streets to force join into military".

I think /u/mangoManSam is implying your post to be pure fantasy - no one ever approached you with complains regarding "manspreading". Seeing how defensive you are and how you avoid answering that question makes me believe it to actually be true. I just tell them it’s my body, my choice. Then I just smile as they realise it's equality, but not as they want it. Yeah, sure. And then you wake up.

50/50? Go google some stats, bro. Even in US historically women were around ~10% of all registered players (according to United States Chess Federation). Only recently we were finally seeing some positive dynamic and that number rose to 15% (I guess Queen's Gambit popularity played a big part). You saying "Idk where girls are discouraged from playing chess" is probably equal to "Idk where boys are discouraged from doing ballet". There is a lot of stereotypes and stigma at play in our society whe…

Talent pool and negative view on women in chess in society. It all starts from there. For every little girl in the chess club you will have 10 boys. Not to mention, that 9 out of those 10 girls will probably be discouraged along the way to stick with chess by their surroundings (when for men having a career in chess is very often viewed as elite and prestigious - at least in my country it is). It all creates a positive feedback loop where men get more competition among themselves, resulting in b…

That's a nice strawman you've got there. Take a deep breath and relax. Wasn't saying men and women are the same. We are talking chess here and how wrong it is to assume that men dominating in a heavily men-favoured system means men are better in that regard.

This doesn't prove anything. How many women do actually pursue a career in chess? On every level possible it's heavily dominated by men (go to your local chess club or visit kids at school playing it and see how many girls you will find there in comparison to boys). And how likely women are to stick with such career when opportunities are just not there for them and they will probably be laughed at and ridiculed by the likes of you? Talent pool for men and women is just not comparable. Maybe som…

The girl is a famous video game streamer. The first guy is probably her devote follower, who donates her tons of money and praises her like his queen etc. The second guy mocks him by replying that this girl doesn't even know or care that this dude exists.

Imagine you can draft yourself a team in pickup basketball before the game begins. This would be equivalent of them drafting NBA All-Stars team and you selecting Knicks roster... and then proceeding to wipe the floor with them regardless.

Those girls weren't delusional, they knew they are getting stomped. They used this opportunity to PR themselves and gain new followers (I believe they are all streamers). It's not like this all female team was shoved into the league because of "diversity" or "muh equality" issues. Organization failed to sell their slot in the league, said "fuck it, we are not paying money for pro gamers" and decided to "field" some marketable females and spin this as "hey! all female pro team! yay!". This whole …

The problem with this shit is she can't be a side chick to someone who's loyal - having a side chick is the definition of being unloyal.

Yes it does. We'll do whatever the fuck we want. What are you going to do about it? Tough guy. Lmao, get help dude. If some porn actor did something bad to you or killed your pet or I don't know then you can have my condolences. But you definitely have some serious problems because of that it seems. Get help. Peace.

So what so she's in porn? She's just dumb, whether she's a porn actress or a cashier in your nearest store doesn't matter. Doesn't mean you get a pass to bash on all actors doing porn. There are many bright and entertaining people in the porn business.
