While some advice like this reads well on Sedit in my experience it usually gets a bad reaction in the real world. There's great advice etc on Sedit but don't forget to make it your own. 9	Eye contact is incredibly important. I find you can't maintain eye contact all the time as often you're problem solving with a colleague etc (plus your don't want to be over threatening). When looking away I always look up, or to one side and up, instead of down.
