1	The only lesson I learned during the almost 1 year of studying and practicing game, and why being yourself is actually a good advice. I eliminated video games completely from my life 3 years ago cold turkey. I transformed my life like you, in a year from sitting in front of the computer all day and masturbating, to becoming a new and better version of myself (moving out at 17, getting LTR etc) Stopping gaming was a natural part of this transformation.
