The vast majority of people recommends focusing on your shit. I disagree. Sure, logically, fixing your shit is first priority. But what motivates you to this? I eliminated video games completely from my life 3 years ago cold turkey. I transformed my life like you, in a year from sitting in front of the computer all day and masturbating, to becoming a new and better version of myself (moving out at 17, getting LTR etc) Stopping gaming was a natural part of this transformation. I've never looked back since. If you are dissatisfied with anything, do something about it.
