I see the red pill like a religion. Religious advise can be really very helpfull sometimes, and lot of times is full of shit.

His advice sound empty to me, I don't practice polyamory but I think I would be very eager to try it if the oportunity arise. He didn't talk anything about jealousy and trust, Poly is not only about building an harem. If you are interested in multiple relationships the best material I found is in /r/polyamory and Blackdragon's Blog

Yeah, since I started Tango and Salsa my confidence skyrocketed. Any social hobby is good. But partner dancing is the best option if you are socially anxious

I think, it depends a lot on what kind of humor you have and what kind of girls do you want.

I think it would be a wiser idea to pay for clases that will expose to the oposite sex, like dancing, improvisation clases, yoga, pole dancing or any class taken in a gym. I personally took salsa and tango, and improvisation

Get a wingman, tell him to look for your mistakes. Even if he is not very experienced, if he read some pua stuff he will Spotlight some mistakes

Because those nice guys got balls, or got lucky that they triggered attraction on the girl somehow. Its ok to be a nice btw, but respect yourself

Yes! Until one day I made out with two girls. They were friend. One was mad at me for the night, after she saw me making out with her friend (alcohol involved) We became friends with the 2nd girl...for a year...then we became FWB....then she was my girlfriend for four years. We broke but we are still friends...

For hobbies: try dancing. I tried salsa (where they teach bachata too) and tango. You will meet tons of girls, and Hardcore kino is espected ;-) (also don't be pussy, accept that you will suck and dance anyways whenever you can) For the conversation take improvisation clases. (Or search improvisation exercises) tons of fun too. Yoga?

"One way journey" or something like that. Probably ill try to teach "tools" and concepts with cool or funny anecdotes

Yes, all the books are about relationships, or how to seduce girls you really like and that you can take the things a little bit slower (a crush or really close friend) The book is not too long, and the chapters are short and fun, each chapter is an anecdote with "lessons"

In spanish I recomend the 3 books of Fabio Fusaro (mi ex novia manual de instrucciones, mi novia manual de instrucciones, la chica de tus sueños) . They are not PUA centered but they are a MUST read if you can read in spanish .

This one! The best book I have read about seducction. You are right, its fiction (based on a real story) but it tells a lot of the journey in becoming a good seducer

I think it helps, but its not a magic pill. I think it helps reducing the anxiety of the interactions with girls, and if you get a girl in your bedroom your dick will respond 100% I think its good to try it for a least for a month, to take out the bad habit.

hang out with a female friends, a college buddy, a work buddy, search for an interesting thing to do on the weekend and small talk and invite everyone who might look interested in hanging out too, it shouldn't be that hard.

Even if you don't go out every day pushing your comfort zones the pick-up mentally can really help, specially about the thing you Shouldn’t DO, for example being extremely nice with everybody, even when they don't deserve to be treated nice (ie people that treats you poorly, shit talk about you, etc). And it help you to see the world how it really is, Girls are human too!! Not celestial things, they are probably more concerned about what you think of them and… a lot of them would be really pleas…

Where are you from? I'm from Argentina. I went to America as an exchange student for a year when I was 16. I found extremely hard to makes friends, mainly because of the cultural and backgrounds differences and because I was REALLY shy at that time (the whole idea of the trip was basically a way to crush my conforts zones). Don't get me wrong, I was actively trying to makes new friends but I think was super bad expresing myself. For example there was a time a girl asked me "Are you Popular?" at …

take a look at this MOOC, its about the science of happines: https://www.edx.org/course/science-happiness-uc-berkeleyx-gg101x#.VPPNOfmUeSo In week 2 "Power of Social Conection" there is actually a lecture on the Science of Touch that start with this: Science had largely ignored touch as a serious topic of study. But recently, researchers have started to document how touch is a fundamental social behavior that humans are exquisitely equipped to display. They are finding that social touch signals …

Then tell her that you feel a little embarrassed, but don't make it a BIG deal. If she is still talking to you probably she will give you a second chance ;-)

Last time that happened to me, was something like this: Got home after a year abroad as an exchange student. Was almost 18 at that time, never had kissed a girl before (was extremely shy). In my house was staying a girl as an exchange student too who was coming back to her country that week, so her friends were throwing a goodbye party. That noon I met some of her friends, one that was super hot, and another who was kinda cute. Fast foward to the party, when I get there, everybody is completely …

I think it would actually be a turn on with a LOT of girls. Have you ever fantasied about having sex with two girls? Or at least fantasied about watching your girlfriend making out with another girl? Same thing with girls. I think a lot of girls would like to see you having some boy'sh fun and then get fucked by you.

Play with the girl. Do you like martial art? Practice with her softly. Dancing. Get closer while watching movies... Hugs?
