Yes It was for my best interest. My concern is not about him asking me to move the car. My concern is why i did it without giving a second thought about why i am doing what i am doing. Had this be a whole different scenario, i would do what i am asked without even realizing i am acting on whose reality. Why i am slipping and what to do in future when a situation arises like this despite of fact that it is for my best interest.

I don't think you understood my concern here. My issue is not about being alpha or beta. My issue is why I reacted the way I reacted without giving it a second thought about what I am doing and how to prevent doing same in future, irrelevant of the fact that him being nice to me and he has a valid point. For example, say in workplace, someone ask to do something which is not relevant to you at all but you do it automatically without even thinking about it. In this situation you are completely in…

No. It was not a big deal and it is not about being redpill or bluepill. My question was how i reacted sort of automatically to this without even thinking what i am doing. I did what he asked even without thinking like "hmm, is this true? will the tree fall down on my car?" kind of thought. I was in his way of looking at the issue other than looking at in my own view.

I get your point. No, the reason why i am asking this is because, i feel like i was not present in mind at the that moment and i felt like i had no control over myself. I just did what he asked irrelevant of the the fact that it was for my own interest. Say his motive was not for my favour or interest i would have done the same without even giving a second thought. I was sort of timid all my life and now only I am slowly breaking out of my previous self and try to improve myself for the betterme…

there is no alternative to this situation but to move the car. Even though it is the correct thing to do, my concern was how I reacted to this without even thinking further. I think my problem is even i have a little idea of what frame is, when it comes to action, i am following the default programme which i following before, which is no frame at all. I am seeking a way to internalize this concept without parroting what concept is when asked.

While I understand this what if it comes to a point where she thinks "oh he is doing it anyway. why should I bother" or it automatically becomes your task to do all the cleaning and even get angry or try to teach how to do things without actually helping. How to handle such situation ?

Your house = your ship. I think my choice of words were not appropriate. and yes what i meant was exactly this. If she genuinely wants protection (e.g. we're in a social setting, some creep crosses the line and she's clearly not enjoying it), I'd give it half a second to see her reaction then shut that dude down pretty hard. thanks

Thank you for taking your time to reply. So basically the gist of your reply is to improve yourself. The reason i posted something like this was This in Athol Kay's post Men don’t often make “direct and open challenges” IME; they make slimy, plausibly deniable, tacit or “just being funny” challenges. They observe the woman’s and man’s responses and then escalate to something a shade more overt, and repeat. An important distinction bears reiterating because a lot of Red Pillers miss it. An Alpha …

Thanks. How to use amused mastery and agree and amplify in this kind of a situation ?. English is not my first language and it will be a great help to understand how to reply in this kind of a situation without showing neediness and worry?

I am using Loop-habit tracker. there are other similar apps as well. In loop, you can create the habit you want(say meditate). set the time you want it to be notified and after you checked the task(habit) if it is done, it shows the habit strength, history, best streaks and frequency. I can't say this is the best since i have not used other apps. to me this app is simple and easy. btw i am an android user

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
