The waitress didn't fight anybody. She told her employer that she was uncomfortable serving those people and asked her employer to get someone else to serve them. The employer said, "No. Suck it up or go home". She went home. There's nothing controversial about her decision to refuse to be part of a situation that made her feel uncomfortable. Muhammad Ali refused to fight in Vietnam and went to prison for it. I guess he's a worthless human being too?
