This is what some of them do. They assault us in the broad light or wait untill nobody can catch them. People don't realize how important is having both parents in your life. I cut off ties with my long best friend. I was lost, probably with depression, traumatized when I met him. Over years I gain control over my life and opinion about myself for much better. I became new real me not afraid of everything, lonely woman. His narcissist behavior never changed and It was enough. I still feel bad about friendship but there were no other way.
