I can tell you don't understand statistics. You can't make comparison of completely different things. Pay is calculated for the same job men and women do, given the same times and same qualifications. Works of men in stem friend are compared of if those of women in stem field with their same job tittle, same qualifications (e.g.: b.a, m.a, previous experience).
