lol how is that sus? its only weird if you give off those vibes. If you are calm, confident, charismatic a regular chick will be open to chatting. Jesus christ the state of humans to think going up to someone to say hi is fucking weird. LOL bro.

Essentially, "shoot the shit" with everyone around you; And you will soon become automatic and connect with people on a genuine level. I recommend "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie, hits this nail right on the head.

You have a victim mindset. You'll never grow if you first ACCEPT your current situation and past mistakes. Take RESPONSIBILITY for where you are in life. And then GROW to become a better man. Stop sulking and do the WORK.

Bro drop the ego and start smiling. You're too worried about being as "alpha" as possible that you're not even socially relatable. Their is nothing better you can do when first meeting someone than smiling. And guess what... its free. It doesn't cost you anything and will make you a more socially approachable person. Read "how to win friends and influence people" by dale carnegie. You'll pick up a tip or two.

I was in a similar situation as well. What worked for me was cutting out all the soul-sucking addictions. In my case, video games. Start by lifting, and slowly work your way out of your comfort zone. Read "How to win friends and influence people" by dale carnegie for building back up your social circle. Find your mission. The key is to get out of your comfort zone every day and adopt an 'I'll be better than i was yesterday' mentality. Remember you only have one life to live. Start building yours…

I hit less than 80grams of fat on a 3k calorie diet. Swap the excess fats with clean carbs (oats, whole grain bread, bananas, etc). You’ll feel more energized. Shouldn’t have fats higher than 25% of your total intake unless your going keto. Up the carbs.

What were the good qualities of Seattle? I am considering moving there after I graduate college. I’ve heard mixed reviews about the dating scene for men in Seattle. Was also thinking possibly NYC but the high COL has me thinking otherwise. What are your thoughts?

Women love the validation they receive via social media platforms. It’s like an addiction. Any chance they get to add to their audience in the form of beta orbiters they’ll willingly do. You did fine staying firm on the number. At the end of the day you’re trying to close her, not watch the morning selfies on her story. Next. Goodluck.

Best thing would be saying something along the lines of if you can use the restroom while you’re outside her place, and then after just escalate once inside

“Strong eye contact” an excuse in other words for validation. Just be alpha and go for it, especially on the first date. It’s always best to push until you get a hard no then be left with that feeling of what it could’ve of been.
