I found this two days ago. At my new job I was being yelled at to move faster and broke a piece of equipment. I stared at it for a moment before taking a breath and letting myself just be in that moment. I realized what led to this mistake took it all in and went back to work.

Hey OP I'm a BD type 2 and I'm going through a depressive wave right now. I'm still accomplishing things, but they suddenly feel hollow and without meaning. I find that depression is a condition that can overwhelm me and it sucks. You might feel the same and if you do than from another in the muck I say listen to your therapist. You hired them for a reason. They know great coping mechanisms.

IMO you can't separate the two as separate entities. MGTOW and the red pill are the same thing. Both encourage men to shed societal expectations and take charge of your own life. I haven't smoked in weeks. I have two jobs, one of which pays above average and will allow me to move into my own studio apartment before the summer. I have been working out and recently overcame the battle of my increasing Test wanting me to try and bed an overweight co worker (thanks for the advice on that one guys.) my gains are slow, but growing. I just swallowed the red pill after some time of lurking and reading and I will agree exposure helps. I have bipolar and the last few days have been fighting the depressive episodes by you going out which does trigger my anxiety but it has slowly gotten better. I now walk with a solid posture where I go even if its to my LCS.
