You have to accept yourself for who you are and know that you have value to the world. Start there. Believe it. Know it.

Gaming, cocaine, getting wasted, etc. will never be recipes for success in life. As stated above, one might be able to dabble w/ these things but success that way will be an exception. Eventually, things will likely worsen or at least not improve. We're looking for growth.

I think meaning, forget about others and their opinions that probably dont exist and definitely don't matter and take care of yourself. Do for you.

Thank you. 10 yrs ago I started taking metoprolol 100mg. Then switched to benicar which was great but ins wouldn't cover it. Switched to losartan 100. Then I had systolic 5mg added. I ran out of bystolic and had some benicar left so I've been taking it again with a little losartan. I check my bp during the day and it's been pretty good. I plan to make an appt soon though

Kind of, if you've drank every day for years it feels like it

Thanks for the inspiration man. I am determined to not rely on a rx outside of BP rx. I never had a big dependence on xanax but I could see very easily how it could happen when I found myself taking it and drinking. I've been off of xanax and buspar for months now. That half xanax I took 2 nights ago was the first in a long time. Didn't take it last night but I'm not sure about tonight. Appreciate the positivity!

I was attempting to get feedback on the vitamin combo etc. I'm not willing to trade alcohol for addictive prescriptions like xanax. That's why I'm here learning about dopamine, serotonin etc. on TRP. Thanks for the positive and encouraging feedback. Sorry to offend some of you Roman soldiers.

Admittedly, I'm new to Reddit, in researching dopamine, serotonin, natural ways to better one's self, etc., I found tons of great stuff on TRP so as I started trying to implement some of the things I've read at TRP, naturally I thought this would be the place for feedback and advice on implementing what I read on TRP. I never intended to be coddled. I was wondering if anyone had thoughts on the combinations of things I started taking since this seems like such a knowledgeable community.

I hear you. I did leave out some walking and bike riding. Haven't lifted jack though. I could improve both places. Thanks

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
