You have a limiting self-belief. Edit: Speaking from experience here. My therapist helped me get over some toxic beliefs about myself that I had. 28	Don’t Overcomplicate Things. I've been on this forum for four years or so, and I agree that after a while, the posts are repetitive and just say the same things. But I like to read new posts all the same; grinding down the former hardcase blue-pill me takes a lot of hard work over time. 5	Consider the bottom 80% - Your competition is pathetic I'm 42, and at my age it's amazing how few men take good care of their bodies. I started working out 4 years ago, and I now look pretty decent - especially compared to the men my age around me, who usually have large pot bellies/ "dad bods".
