I'm not so sure about that. Women like to be told what to do. More accurately women like to choose to follow. They don't want to be bossed around or forced down a path, but they respond positively to confident men. Following men is in their genes. I don't like this post. If you are of the age where your parents are a "problem" you need to have enough self awareness to distinguish between exercising your agency and being a spoiled brat. Opportunity Cost also plays a role. If I can make $100 an hour doing task "A" or lose $50 an hour paying you to do task "B" it is more cost effective for me to pay you while I continue doing what I'm skilled at rather than me losing money at my real speciality by attempting a task I'm not proficient at.
