I have to agree I dont agree with that statement. Im sure it changes it. I cant see how it would not. In some ways I see it would enhance in that the head is 'out in the open' from the beginning. But I also see that it could detract in that constant contact with the head with underwear, jeans etc could desensitize it. Spot on. Great to see logic and rationale return to court proceedings. "She said the assumption that sexual-assault complainants tell the truth imposes a presumption of guilt on the accused." Many courts now allow accusations and convictions in other cases in the guilt phase of a trial. This goes against 1000's of years of law against doing that.
