2	No fap & no porn since August 2011: positive changes I, too, found TRP after learning about NoFap. Full disclosure: if you already made it here, don't follow NoFap or even lurk there. Chock full of BP cucks that will make you cringe. However, if you want to start practicing NoFap, check out YBOP on YouTube. 1	Blue Pill Friends - A hard lesson learned Agreed. Anyone you can't be open with aren't your friends. Friends don't always agree but they at least get where you're coming from and respect your opinions.
