This problem is only going to get worse. In the Army Nation Guard (cough NY cough) if someone fails a PT test they have to take it again. Right before the retest they somehow magically get a doctors note saying they can't do it. I still make sure my NCOs tape them. Just because you can't workout temporarily doesn't mean you are allowed to be fat in the military. If you are going to try and cheat the system then I'll bury you.

I weighed 140 at 6 foot 3. I suffered a spontaneous pneumothorax in college and almost died from it. (school told me I had bronchitis or the swine flu) . Being that skinny is not healthy. Just as having too much weight is unhealthy, having not enough is also.

Joining the Navy as a Corpsman is different than joining the Army as Infantry. If you came from a non Redpill atmosphere what would be better than an atmosphere of just men who are aggressive, who lift, drink, and who live each day as it is their last (because Infantry is the cheapest/fastest unit to produce therefore expendable) and who do not have women as their immediate supervisors? If you are looking for a RedPill group of men, pick combat arms. Preferably those that don't allow women. A Rifle platoon for the Marines and Army are a solid place to start. You will not earn much but you will learn to carry yourself and become more confident. Fitness is of the utmost importance to the combat arms. So you will get confident, get strong, and become highly disciplined.

I almost was before I stumbled upon the Infantry and The Red Pill... Redhead so I assumed she would blow my mind in bed (she did and outside it also) and then she started to move things in, "forgot" to take the pill a time or two and started to try and limit my life. Left her ass after the second time she "forgot the pill"

Don't be hating on New York State. NYC is the liberal area. The rest of new York is Republican or conservative. Gov. Cuomo lost all of Upstate NY in the last election but there are too many fucking liberals in NYC area. They need to be shipped out.

I would say that it used to be that way. The NCOs and the Officers used to be the Alphas. Now anyone can become an officer as long as they can pass a PT test and have a college degree. The Army itself is full of "Yes Men" Few true alphas anymore because anyone threatening the status quo is removed. I've almost been relieved of command once because I made a call that went against the wishes of my commander. I was there to do a job, not earn points from the media.

Thank God for you writing #2. I had no idea soy would do that. I switched to soy because my doctor told me it was healthier... I am all done with soy now. I need to up my testosterone, not lower it.

The potential? It will get lives wasted. My infantry unit vehemently opposes women in the unit. Not because they may not do the job, but because none of them are held to the same standard and relaxing standards fills body bags.

I used to be 6'3" and 135. Suffered a spontaneous hemopneumothorax... just because I was skinny and ran cross country. Took me 5 years after losing part of my lung to get to 190 with only 18% body fat. One thing that helped me go from 135 to 190 was to stop running every day. Cardio is good but when you burn all the calories you take in you have nothing left for your body to help build with. Keep running but like 3 days a week until you get to the weight you want.

My favorite part was in the comments where she said, "The university Title IX coordinator also told me while I cried in her office that she couldn't force anyone to work with me. I just wanted the department head to reach out to a few professors and help me get an in in another lab, not to force it" Upset that nobody wants to work with a person that is a liability? Heaven forbid you want to protect yourself and your labs from those that willfully attempt to destroy everything you work for.
