8	Just cut my hair for the conscription then i noticed 1 many countries still have conscription what are you taking about. 2 you can be both.. there are army colleges in all braches of the army from which professional soliders graduate, and there are the conscripted soliders / officer. Plus conscription period is up to 3 years so conscripted officer are not naïve & unprofessional. 7	Conscription They give 250 EP... as a reference KFC meal costs 90EP so yeah basically no salary. In the last year after becoming an experienced officer they pay 4600 EP. But that's nothing after wasting 3 years... even more they can call me for the conscription for 15 years after i finsh those 3 years.. usually for 2 weeks training.
