In your experience how long did it take you to more or less permanently change your negative thoughts? I've gotten hold of a few CBT depression books and they describe exactly what you're talking about but the process seems so slow sometimes it feels like it won't work

I've actually been playing with this and it works like a charm. In the past I used to try to force things, but this time around I just pull back a bit and the girl starts begging to come over. As a side note the girl is also really into me already, but it works really well at maintaining that energy

Awesome. I was thinking I would proceed by doing some one on one hangouts with just me and her and just letting it progress naturally, all nice and smooth like. Unless there's a better way to go?

I'm a busy guy. Look if you don't have any good advice I think you should just chill out because you seem a little on edge.

One thing I've started to realize that helps a lot is how everything that you want to change about yourself can be changed in chunks. Like I used to think I wouldn't ever feel normal/not miserable until I started getting some girls but you can't really get girls until you can get rid of those negative feelings so it's like a paradox. But I figured out you can and need to fix those things separately. Confidence/emotional health is a totally separate "skill set" from pickup technique. Realizing th…

Here's my issue: I can talk all day to people but my main issue is getting them to take me seriously/commanding respect. Got any advice on that?

Well I really think Owen is one of, if not THE, best teacher in the pua business because he approaches from a very scientific and practical perspective and clears out alot of the bullshit. But sometimes I feel like his stuff is too vague. Like "not being reaction seeking." how do I do that?

I've grew up with about this level of anxiety. Here's how you get over it: Oddly enough you can't mentally tell your body to quit being anxious. Your body and mind learn separately. Ask someone for the time. Own up to your fears. Realize that you ultimately only have the choice of either not asking them and regretting the shit out of it, or risking a little embarrassment. You're ultimately just running from your fear. Asking someone for the time is not dangerous by any means. start small. Ask pe…

Yea I'm totally going to concentrate more on IRL stuff. I was just curious about the sites. You're right about the negativity thing. A lot of girls get way too uppity when on them. IRL they're not as "mighty"
