Because feminists aren't all women. Even the people that dislike or hate feminists, still have the "women are wonderful" effect with your regular woman. It's absolutely due to biological instinct. 10	The city of Ahmedabad has imposed a curfew. There is a 3 hour window where people are allowed to buy food- but only women. The march took place on March 8th, and you can see on March 12th there is a sudden surge of cases in Spain. This is 4 days after the march, so perhaps coincides with new cases? There could be many other factors of course, but it is one of the most dramatic and sudden surges on that graph.
