From a evolutionary perspective, women are attracted to men with resources because she needs those to ensure a good life for her baby. Men are attracted to women...well, I don't know, I guess as long as it is a woman.

Try setting time to spend with your friends, maybe a drink or a movie. Go for a picnic or some 2-day trip so that you can actually have your own time. Go to coffee places to read and concentrate on your project. Try out new and fun stuff in the city without him. Exercise daily to spark some dopamine in your brain.
