Here's what is going on: 50% of women have a backup man (see article below). Either her primary or secondary guy fell through, so now she's gone fishing for a replacement. Hypergamy in action!! https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2769593/HALF-women-fall-partner-standby-fancied-case-current-relationship-turns-sour.html

I agree. It's true - dating is not fair for either gender. However, if men would only realize that lack of attention is women's kryptonite, many of our problems would be solved. It is literally their oxygen. Men - stop paying so much attention to women. You have to fight it!!

Of course most marriageable, quality men care about N-count - to an extent. No decent guy is going to marry a woman who has banged her way through her 20s, but they'll still take an at-bat with her. It's a fine line, because what qualifies as a high N-count? That must be defined first.

Ever notice how the underlying theme of many social media posts seem designed to make men feel like shit? And have you ever noticed how women love those empowering memes on Facebook/Snapchat/etc? Men - I think we need to stop using social media. It's rotting our souls.

Very few women in the modern world will try to put themselves in a man's shoes. For men, the only rational response is to put his needs first. Feeling empathy for a woman, while getting no quid pro quo, is a recipe for disaster. Treat your woman with kindness and respect, but do not feel sorry for her. If she is unable to pull her own weight, or if she suffers some kind of emotional breakdown - it's live and let die.

Thank you for confirming my theory. Lack of compassion for one another is tearing apart the fabric of civil society.

I agree that feminism has become purely a self-interest movement. Hiding behind the mantra of "I am woman - hear me roar" are millions of self-absorbed people who have lost their ability to feel compassion for the opposite sex. This is why feminism has become so cancerous. We see these effects everywhere - including the resistance to changing cultural norms, like men paying for dates. If a woman doesn't care about a man's finances, she will naturally expect him to pay for as much as possible.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/20 06:28 PM

This is a good example of how women show little compassion for men, in general. It's so interesting that you framed it as "men's problem", as if you couldn't care less about 50% of the population.. I could counter by saying that many women have esteem issues about their looks. Feminism's most damaging consequence is the lack of empathy and compassion it has wrought among women, who no longer see themselves as caregivers.

Very revealing comments by the ladies on this thread. But I don't think everyone is being 100% honest. I have never met a woman who respects a man if he doesn't earn enough to carry his own weight. One of the worst things that I've seen women do - and I'm sure I'll get some flak for saying it - is that they will marry a man they are not completely in love with for the sake of financial security. This is terribly unfair and usually ends up in divorce, with the man broken and much lighter in the p…

With Tinder and women's liberation (and continued empowerment), men have obviously had to adapt. About the only area where men have prospered while women have suffered is in the dating game. It is the one of the only arenas left where a man has any advantage. (think I'm full of shit? Hell, women are even taking over the Boy Scouts!). It has been my perception that women are not particularly happy about this development.

Single men typically do not have much of a support system, while single women often do.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/18 07:56 PM

My theory is that some men often ghost, not because they aren't into a woman, but rather they are wary of falling too fast and too hard. These are wiser men who know thyself. This is not women's fault for inspiring this love. Men have just become much better at self-protection when it comes to matters of the heart, IMO.

It's refreshing to hear stories about good women. Most guys on MGTOW have just been extremely unlucky in relationships. But that doesn't mean most women are terrible people. MGTOW is not really about that, IMO. I think it's about carving your own path, without needing the validation from society (let's face it, I'm referring to women, whom we seek approval from). Once you have achieved it, then you have real freedom and power. I'm not even a true MGTOW disciple, but I do believe there is much va…

Of course a MGTOW can (and should) have sex with women. What I sensed in your post is that your emotional well-being is still at the mercy of women. Look, I've been there. It's hard not to have feelings for woman. They make us weak. But you must understand that the true nature of women will ultimately cause you pain and loss. As sad as this is to say, I don't believe you should ever completely trust women. Many will leave you if you fall on hard times or stop treating them like a goddess. MGTOW …

You are a helluva long way from going true MGTOW. I believe your sense of self-worth and happiness is dependent on women, or at least based on having access to them. It would be a great idea to work on this part of your life. Take advantage of the open space and solitude of Alaska to help you find your own way.

ALERT!! So from a MGTOW perspective, I think the important part of this piece has nothing to do with alt-Right women. Did you notice that they lumped MGTOW in with the alt-Right (i.e. white nationalists)? This is what the left does - they target, label, attack, destroy. The leftist media is using these racists to bring down MGTOW.

Look at a Cosmo cover the next time you're at the grocery store. It used to offer sound advice to teach young women to act with class and femininity. Now it's all about the "go get it gurl" mentality. It's sad, but it does explain why women have lost so much of their mystique and charm. And to be fair - yes, men have lost some of their manliness too.

Who said anything about Chad going blue pill? Maybe you are referring to something else. My point was that Chad discovers the red pill when his SMV/RMV drops and he becomes a "victim" of economic branch swinging. I don't know if I agree with your reasoning, but I do believe women crave social connections more than men. Therefore, it would stand to reason that women "need" the emotional sustenance that a relationship provides.

I get it that hig SMV women get approached often by lower SMV men (or so I hear), and I'm sure it can get exhausting for them. And I'm not talking about the "off" ones who threaten your safety. By all means, use the kimber and use it well if you have to. I'm talking about the 3-6 male who tries to engage the 7+ woman. I've always been saddened by the "visceral reaction" you spoke of in regards to low RMV men, which many women also seem to possess. For men that do give off that vibe - the nasty, negative reaction from women is usually devastating. I'm not saying any low RMV guy who gets rejected will attempt suicide, but harsh rejection creates and sustains a negative feedback loop that becomes very hard for guys to stop playing in their head. The Red Pill is a misnomer, and has very little to do with MRA's. Red Pill is about lifting weights and bedding women. It's quite shallow and extremely pessimistic. MRA's are concerned with much more substantive issues.

In my view, most of the issues raised by MRA's have to do with 3rd wave feminism, which has done tremendous damage to men. Very few people on here will argue that 1st and even 2nd wave feminism were not necessary movements. But the third wave (1992-present) has been increasingly anti-male and, well, downright destructive. It's not even necessarily that men have lost any rights under the 3rd wave. Rather, it's about how men are perceived in media and television; how boys are not supported or nurt…

This was an extremely revealing and important thread. It shows that there are many men waking up / taking the red pill / going MGTOW - by their late 20s. Woke men are deciding they don't want to play women's games anymore. My guess is that we are starting to see the real-world impact of male enlightenment about female nature.

Let me get this straight: a couple of trolls (every sub has them) responded unfavorably to a post of yours on MR, and as a result you created an entirely new thread calling out said trolls, using every feminist's favorite word in the subject line (hint: it rhymes with "disprogenists"). Look at it this way - if you had posted something similarly critical on Feminism or TwoX, you would've been banned from those subs. I had a similar situation, except I was a cuck and actually helped out a single mom a few times (they can be extremely persuasive). I finally wised up. What a misleading title. You apparently have no frustration with feminism. I've noticed that lately - as feminism becomes more and more exposed as the societal cancer it has become - many feminists are starting to play nice and making "can't we all get along" pleas. A happy, young, marriageable single man is a threat to many women. Maybe not consciously, but at a gut level. It's as if women's instinct knows that their collective happiness is dependent on a majority of men remaining on the plantation, so to speak. You are seen as someone who has escaped from that plantation. MGTOW is about male freedom from the gynocentric virtues like chivalry and service to women's well-being. Women have feelings that no man will ever understand (or even want to understand). Some women see a successful guy and get resentful because they feel smaller compared to him. Feminism has helped men (and hurt women) in the following ways: Women can now work themselves to death and be the breadwinner. Of course, almost every stay-at-home father will ultimately become a victim of divorce because the wife loses respect for him, fair or not. Feminism has drastically brought down the "power of the P". Attractive men have benefited greatly from this, because they can obtain copious amounts of sex without having to commit. Men don't have to pay for every date. Hanging out h…

At first I felt good about this, until I realized that it was part of the 2017 Feminist Re-branding Campaign. Look, feminists are intelligent enough to understand that they were rejected in the 2016 election. They know it - and now they're trying to figure out how to get their power back. Step 1? To extend an olive branch to men. On the surface, this might seem like a great move, but it isn't. It's a tactic designed to make men believe that feminism actually cares about them. First off, very few women are truly deep. Secondly, the title of the article should have been: "10 Reasons Men Can't Handle Women Who Do and Say Weird Shit".

Actually, I found that particular post to be pretty funny. There was also some self-deprecation (i.e. hating her life), so I don't think it's anything to get too amped up about. But yes, there is some legitimate misandry on TBP (as well as some good fun).

Women are starting to notice this movement. They do not like it one bit. Why is this? I think women know deep down that feminism has dispirited and beat down men. I don't think they really care, but some are intelligent enough to acknowledge that men have really been shit on by feminists. They see MGTOW as a legitimate threat. Men who just decide to quit the game? They just can't process it. One thing is for sure - they do not want to see this movement to continue to gain traction. As a result w…

Yes, it is incredibly hard to get over the indoctrinated belief systems. A huge majority of women elementary school teachers is partly to blame for this problem. Add to that a media that is constantly making excuses for reprehensible female behavior, and you have a toxic distortion of reality. One thing we know for sure - men must start helping other men. Like Neo discovered in the Matrix, the true world is much different than the one we know...

No need to hate your entire gender. Just hate the 21st century feminists that have done too much damage to families, relationships, masculinity/femininity, and healthy gender roles. They are the ones that must be stopped, by whatever means necessary...

I don't think you're helping this guy. He's clearly trying to work through the rejection he's faced his entire adult life. I don't think he wants to be Ron Jeremy. I see this as the biggest problem with TRP. There's very little effort put into working through difficult issues. Everything is results-oriented, which is fine, but men still need real dialogue and a support network. Everyone needs to stop trying to be the ultimate Alpha.

I think the article does demonstrate the lengths that women are capable of going to in order to shame men into changing their behavior.

That's what I took from the article as well. Women pining for the good old days when getting sex took real work. She's right that women have gained and lost power at the same time.

Awkward? Yes, I do feel awkward about my sons not having the option of a male teacher. It sucks. Young men all over this country have become pussified and frightened little men due to feminism. Yes, it is all quite awkward.... Believe it or not, we have sold out our young boys. It doesn't sound like you want to be a part of the solution...

My sons are 5 and 6, and start public school next Monday. By far, my biggest concern is that one or both of them will get an old, wrinkled feminist shrew for a teacher. I hate the fact that there are so few male teachers. Simply put, I do not trust the modern woman to be a positive influence on my kids. I have run out of patience with women today, and I don't want my kids to suffer because of their inherent deficiencies.

What I see happening in the MGTOW movement is an entire shift away from women. To make a concerted effort not to even think or talk about them. Sure, talking about women is therapeutic for some, but for MGTOW to be truly revolutionary it will eventually have to remove women from the entire picture. Easier said than done. You seem to understand that MGTOW should not be about blaming or disliking women. It should be about become indifferent towards them. That will determine whether the movement su…

They don't like anyone questioning the rape culture myth. You must understand, modern feminism has become nothing more than a grievance industry. Simply put, they will do anything to keep the rape culture hysteria alive. You only need to read about the debunked Rolling Stone article, to realize that the entire rape culture phenomenon is mostly a fabrication (yes, there are some legitimate cases of rape and assault on college campuses; but it's nowhere near the level they secretly want it to be).…

It is important to limit your interactions with the entire female population. Think about it - you can get accused of sexual harassment, pedophilia, rape, child abuse/endangerment, being "creepy" in general, and having your reputation unfairly besmirched. Although this might sound a little over the top, I think men who get into the most trouble are those that are constantly in need of female attention. Pick your female friends, acquaintances, and mates VERY carefully.

This is a very important point. I agree that we must stop giving women a pass because it's their nature. In addition, I would just enjoy having less discussion about women in general on this sub. Let's celebrate our inherent worth and try to support each other into regaining a sense of purpose.

What is going to make this Ghostbusters movie so disappointing is that the movie creators have apparently used this opportunity to promote girl power - instead of actually promoting the continuation of the Ghostbusters franchise.

The fact that you got such a reaction is a sure sign that the MRA movement is on to something. Yes, men in general get the short stick in the Western world (and even parts of the East). How easy it is to be accused of sexual harassment; how easy it is to become decimated as a result of divorce; how men are portrayed in the media as knuckle-dragging rapists; and how masculinity has been attacked as something that shouldn't be expressed. Bravo and kudos to you sir...

"They all think they deserve this mythical guy that doesn't exist. Strong yet tall and thin, sensitive yet brutish, a fighter yet socially refined, wealthy but has plenty of free time to spend with them." Before I swallowed the RP, this chick broke up with me because she had seen the movie, A Fault in Our Stars, and decided she "deserved" a guy like Augustus to love her. Yes, women have completely bought into the myth. It's ridiculous.

So class, what lesson have we learned today? If you said: "If you're a man thinking about getting married, the high possibility for a painful negative outcome should preclude you from buying that ring. Until the system itself is reformed and more equitable - DO NOT GET MARRIED!!". Bingo.
/r/MensRights29/12/14 07:48 PM

I would also add that this has led to the myth of the "boring guy". Men are pressured into being entertaining because the reality is that there are a large number of boring women who are utterly incapable of being truly interesting. If men sink to their level of "boringness" - it is unfortunately the guy who gets labeled as the boring one.

In his defense, I think at that moment the OP realized that his girlfriend was never going to remain faithful to him, so he essentially dumped her right then and there. In the process, he publicly shamed her and made her question the value of her "pus*y power". I think he made a brilliant play......

Impressive. I don't think you could have played it any better. That is exactly how to gain the upper hand over women, to neutralize the innate advantage they have when it comes to sex. By throwing the game you effectively lowered her sexual value, making her look like a slut and nothing more than a commodity to gamble on. Bravo sir!!

I think we need to use some of the feminism play book to counter this video. Continue to point how this video is secretly racist against minorities, based on the fact that almost all of the men in the video are black or Hispanic.

Cease all communication with this woman and get a good lawyer of your own. You mentioned that you have become a pillar of the community and her mother is a politico in the town - I wouldn't be surprised if her mother has something to do with this whole thing.....

Agreed. However, I think the White House has grown tired of listening to We the People. They now require 100,000 signatures instead of 50,000. What a sorry government we currently have.......
