| 7 | Fucked up my 20's, i am a 30yo loser.Take your gaming equipment, pour something flammable on them, light them on fire and watch them burn. Dota addiction was the hardest addiction that I gave up. If you still need a computer to be productive, get a 3-4 years old thinkpad without a video card. Then start with the basics. Nutrition, workout, good sleep, productive time, etc. Start by aiming for the smallest wins, then increase your targets slowly. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/12/22 07:57 AM |
| 2 | What do you talk to girls about?Focus on what you want to talk about. Don't let them talk endlessly, they will blame you for it. It will be fine as long as you're having fun. | /r/askTRP | 21/04/21 08:52 AM |
| 6 | Do people really not want to be better?Trying to improve others can easily be an escape from doing the necessary sacrifices to improve yourself. Focus on yourself. | /r/askTRP | 20/04/21 05:39 AM |
| 1 | People who used to play video games alot, how has stopping changed you? After I stopped, I was able to become a functional member of society. At one point, I tried starting to play moderately. I found out that it's impossible to work a full time job, get enough exercise, have enough sleep and play video games. Stopping was more difficult for me than quitting smoking. | /r/askTRP | 19/04/21 10:45 AM |
