You really need to take words like colonials in the humour it's meant. Of course the empire was not the most benign thing in the world. Natural is a nebulous word and has deep contextual requirements. I would argue that picking an example that is extremely unlikely in modern western society where said child and parent are in a mall - you are getting absurd. To argue about a word without it's context (especially when it's context is so fluid) shows a series lack of critical thinking. If there was no one to ask then I just did on a bench in public. Personally I don't care about what people think in such circumstances. Kids need changing and if people have a problem with the most natural of things then - well - fuck em.
