I take it a different way. I think she knew you were just trying to use her for sex and she decided that if you were going to treat her like a whore she wanted to get something out of it - because likely you wouldn't be able to sexually satisfy her anyway. Why not get paid? At least then she gets something out of dealing with you.

You're out of the honeymoon period and seeing the annoying aspects of her personality for what they are. If you can't accept this about her, you should re-evaluate whether it's worth having a relationship with her because as others have said she is not going to change. People generally don't change - they might moderate the annoying parts of themselves during the initial phase of a relationship but those parts always re-emerge when the relationship starts to age.

When I go outside in my neighbourhood I see maybe one guy that isn't overweight, old, ugly, dressed badly etc. But I see women everywhere with makeup on, jogging, wearing nice clothing. So yeah.
