Yes there is! One name for them is Women's/Womyn's Land. They were at their peak in the '70s in the USA but they are still about. And of course there is nothing stopping you from setting up your own.

There's a difference between legalisation and decriminalisation. I don't know how much you know about it but there are systems like the Nordic model that criminalises the pimps but not the prostitutes.

Same. Definitely one of the most obviously oppressive forms of femininity (from a radfem perspective). It inhibits any form of activity basically, you can't work, exercise, have fun. I'd struggle to even unlock my door or turn the page of a book with nails like that.

Good luck with all your goals! I'm chronically ill too so I can relate :) I'm sure you've seen all the vegan subreddits but one I like that comes at it from a health perspective is r/plantbaseddiet. I find they have good science and meal inspo.
