Yea I feel exactly the same about dat ass

They’re probably not as interesting or as attractive as they think. There have been objectively hot women who turn me off the more I’ve interacted with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/21 07:31 PM

The only reason is because she’s hooking up with someone else.

I guess career and fashion/style are overvalued by women. There is definitely a baseline level for it but after that it’s significantly diminishing returns. Someone who makes 80k in a low stress job can and often is, more attractive than a woman making double that. Same with clothing and makeup, there’s a baseline but there are so many women who take it really far and it just does nothing for me. I don’t know if they think it’s less important but possibly out of laziness less women focus on phys…

I think there are far more of us than you probably think. If Reddit was an accurate representation of people in real life, we would know far more gamers, poly people and nerds.

He’s really not the exception. In fact I would say all of the men I know that hold rp beliefs in real life share his same perspective. I definitely lean that way and totally acknowledge that men can be bad people.

Sure but it will still definitely be easier than how it was before that first relationship. I think if it’s after gf number 4 or something he probably won’t learn as much but if it’s his first gf and his age then he definitely learned a lot. Anecdotally I was in his same situation 2 years ago and the experiences I have had since my ex would be unimaginable to the younger me.

Very well said. I think many men waste time staying with people because they’re ashamed to do what is necessary.

Guys learn a lot about women from their first relationship. Things may not be easy for him single but 100% it will go much better than how it went before this gf.

I was in the same shoes as this guy and, yes, 100% getting someone is easier for me after that first relationship. I wish I had one long before because it taught me so much about the opposite sex. You’re right that he may find things hard but not definitely not harder than before this relationship. Most guys are clueless about shit until they get a gf, it’s very likely he is one of those.

I also play co-Ed soccer and I just notice that the married dudes are way more flirtatious. The single guys are less forward and I’m almost sure it’s due to them not being that “creep”. The married men dgaf since they have a wife so they are less “threatening” when they flirt.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/11/21 06:33 AM

This is so true. The power couple ideal doesn’t really exist in most men’s minds. We want a friend and someone to have our back but that’s about where it ends.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/21 09:56 PM

This takes a lot of self reflection so good on you. This is what I see with regularity in the late 20’s to 30’s demographic of women in my HCOL city. As you know, men don’t value income and career/status the same way as women do although many of us have respect for that. Men who actually follow the redpill principles and improve themselves will notice the same thing, the women they get are not up to par per say. Before improving, those same women could have been highly sought after but after wor…

I don’t think that’s it. Most men want someone who is obsessed/attracted to them, not someone who is seeing them out of pity. It’s why men in their 30’s are suspicious of the intentions of the women their age that they date; is she settling because she wants to hurry and start a family or does she actually desire me? I think if you’ve had a diverse male friend group, you would see that a few of us do significantly better on OLD. The point is not to necessarily make different choices, but to clea…

Yes, attraction does happen outside of those feelings and that’s what I believe his opinion is. Attraction does make people want sex but it doesn’t mean they’ll necessarily get maximum enjoyment from it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 08:53 PM

You’re describing safety and vulnerability as if they are related to lust but their not. For maximum enjoyment, what you said is correct but OP is describing desire.

It’s more so the idea that women are somehow the more moral sex with a broader capacity to love. I always had this thought even though I knew it wasn’t true for every case. Women don’t fall in love any faster than men, something else that I thought was true. Men falsely assume that they can be object of her affection in the way the Prince Charming is in her romance novel. The love isn’t conditional or based on some characteristic. I think as you get older and gain more experience you see how tho…

I am. Yea I made it clear that we didn’t have a long term future but she still wanted to pursue our thing. It was very clear she wanted to spend time with me romantically.

It doesn’t have to mean sex at all. For example, the recent woman I dated was literally a Christian virgin and she made it known that she didn’t want to have sex before marriage. We did other stuff but she just communicated that she wanted to be with me, both verbally and physically without sex. I’m far wealthier than she is, paid for all the dates and took her to places she’s never been. I was very comfortable doing all that because I knew she wasn’t using me, she was clearly excited to be with…

You said it much better than I could but we have the same background/experiences and I’ve come to the same conclusion. It’s important to make that distinction between deliberate intent.

I wonder if it’s something women are cognizant of. Like if there was a decision made at some point in their life or if life made the decision for them. I’ve been aware of this phenomenon relatively recently and I notice myself trying to figure out how the couples I meet view each other. One can assume that many of the dead bedroom situations could have been avoided by proper introspection before marriage.

If this was a public school I would agree but it’s a private catholic school. If other parents are uncomfortable with it, the school is well within their rights to severe the relationship with the problematic family. I guess the school could have stipulated that she wasn’t to be allowed on campus and couldn’t use school clothing in her business. If she was using school attire and referring to her kids friends in her videos, that by itself is reason for expulsion. If a parents child is friends wi…

Apparently she wears the school uniform and talks about getting her kids friends off so yea...imagine if this was a dude saying all this stuff. Ultimately if all the parents are fine with it, whatever. They are obviously not so she needs to go. The majority shouldn’t have to concede to a single persons indiscretions. If no school decides to accept her children, then it is a problem because they have a right to that.

Completely agree. I came to the same conclusion and the Disney bit totally resonated with me. I didn’t realize redpill was seen so negatively by women (I figured it would improve the potential stock so it would be seemed positively) but after seeing some the outlandish bits on ppd, I understand. Those comments don’t even register with me because I figure it’s coming from a teen or a uniquely spurned man but I can see how the comments trigger strong feelings in women.

Most of the men I know who have an abundant dating life are red pilled. Some use the lingo others don’t but they all have the same inclinations. Many of them are currently in or have been in loving long-term relationships (including myself). People are variable but certain characteristics generally work for attraction. The problem is that the comments go overboard with misogyny and weird pseudo science/apocalyptic narratives but the men saying these things are not the normal red-pilled individua…

It doesn’t necessarily go away after the first date. I remember an incident while camping with my ex after at least a year of dating. She joked in the way that “you’re not gonna kill me right?” which was obviously making light of the situation but the fact that those thoughts even came across her mind was really enlightening. She knew me pretty well at that point and there was definitely a level of comfort between us, but that didn’t mean there wasn’t some sense of fear.

This is the better answer. You create the uncertainty that people crave while not falling off the slope of moral ambiguity.

Men are generally analytically driven so that would make sense. I have seem the feminist agenda backed by data at times but overall you could say it’s the male language for deduction. The problem with data is that it can be manipulated and cherry picked. My rules are; Is this a relatively common observation in my life 2. There’s way too much of the blame game and finger pointing. There are definitely privileges that each sex enjoys but there is also a great amount of suffering on both sides. It’s hard to know what theory every poster identifies as but I’ve always perceived red pill as in “the reality without judgement”. Its just what “is” no matter how bitter “it” may taste.

Building muscle is easier for men than women but it’s still an expensive proposition for the body. Men also intake more calories to sustain the newly gained muscle mass. For both men and women the easiest way to lose weight is diet, not exercise. Combining with exercise would be more efficient.

I agree that the “nice-guy” is subject to interpretation. It can mean something different depending on who you ask. Before Reddit I thought the nice guy was a Tim Tebow, Rob Lowe from parks or a Steve Cook type of individual. I found that it means someone entirely different. Those above individuals are all high integrity, strong moral compass and hard working individuals. These type of men can definitely attract quality women for LTR but I find that they don’t evoke as much emotion as the brash,…

Yea I definitely agree with the first part. I think if the sexual compatibility is there that then the other factors of interpersonal relations take priority. There are important things in life outside of relationships. The factor of relationships talked about most here is sex, which is quite honestly a waste of time. Finding someone that works is nice because you can focus on the productive things. I sort of envy guys who found that early on as I can see how completing that need allows one to f…

Yea I came to the same determination. Red pill is definitely right about the general picture but having sex with different people isn’t everyone’s end goal. When I was a virgin I placed far more importance to it but after you’ve had some experience it changes the perspective a bit. What you truly want is usually far deeper but unfortunately it takes some post-nut clarity to see through the fog.

I haven’t seen it much on this sub but perhaps it because it works for a lot of people. If you lift, you’ll notice more energy/drive in 2-3 weeks. It might be a placebo thing but controlling any urge increases self confidence, it’s a form of self control. Not being a slave to biological whims improves self perception. With dieting it’s similar, you’re preventing your biological drive to eat even though the bodies hormones are driving your appetite. Simply relinquishing cognitive control to hormo…

I would, particularly for academic reasons. I feel like I was always distracted by the attractive women around me. I know this hindered my academic potential, but that can also be blamed on a lack of mental self control which I have only now developed.

The whole momma’s boy characteristic has actually worked in my favor directly twice. With one of the girls, she told me very early on how my relationship with my mom made me more attractive to her. This was after her observations of my interactions. I’ve seen this occur with other guys as well. If a women had a bad experience with a mommas boy, she’ll likely consider that a red flag in the future. That doesn’t mean at one point she didn’t find that behavior attractive.

There’s been multiple examples here and it’s basically you saying “oh that’s not an asshole” which is fair. Your definition of asshole can be different. I saw that same post and came to your realization. I just assumed attractive women would get hit on constantly but that’s not really true. I have the same success as most dudes on OLD, (not much) but I’ve noticed the quality of women irl is much greater than on OLD. There isn’t a one size fits all of course but more so general trends. Browsing some of the dating subs will red pill you fairly quickly if real life dating hasn’t already. I think if you took out the misogynistic elements a large portion of women would actually agree with red pill ideology. A common mishap on ppd is that men are often speaking from the dating perspective while women are coming from the place of an already established relationship. Any man whose been in a relationship long enough…

For some people that disparity creates a bit of resentment. Not saying it’s the case with you but just in general. There are also men who are emotionally weak and inexperienced so they’ll stay with someone that they’re not sure about because it’s better than nothing.

There are instances of virtue signaling but overall it’s less about what women say and more about a man’s perspective. It’s culturally ingrained in men that women are the hopeless romantics while men use and abuse. During the college years that whole notion gets questioned when you see how women can be just as deviant as men. I think this is a big part of the attraction to trp. A realistic understanding that the two sex’s are not that different from each other and they both want the best. The id…

I’m a dude and what she’s saying is true. The part she leaves out is these guys can easily get a ltr with other women if they wanted to. If your deemed ok for casual by a woman, you likely have a large pool of options to choose from.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/20 12:18 AM

I actually find it very easy to discern a woman’s type. If you look at a list of my ex’s previous partners they all had certain similarities. With my girl-friends I notice a similar trend. For guys it’s just much more broad.

Which is why there’s no moral hierarchy. Neither sex is morally superior to the other, everyone is trying to get the best deal possible.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 11:59 PM

That’s true but someone can also really appreciate a nice body. If she’s grabbing/touching all your muscles and feeling up your bicep vein while your intimate, that’s a good sign she really likes what your physically bringing.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 11:46 PM

This is very true. Ask any dude that works out long enough and he’ll tell you it’s mostly other dudes that are complementing and admiring his physique. Women will check you out for sure but it’s not high in the priority for most of them. If she’s already into you and you’re super fit, expect a lot of fireworks because then it’s a big bonus.

Don’t conflate the “chase” with desire for a particular individual. The ones who enjoy the chase are not satisfied after catching their target. You don’t take a hunting dog for a single hunt and then lock him in a kennel for the rest of his life.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 08:12 AM

I think I used to say this but I did none of the things you mentioned above. I actually think a lot of men go the route of pursue, rejection then complete cut-off from the person. Basically the mentality was that if you are not a romantic candidate you provide no utility in my life.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/20 05:02 PM
10

This is spot on. I had the same experience after my ltr. I think being with someone so long also helps you relate to the opposite sex in a way that wasn’t possible before. I wouldn’t blame guys who don’t see it this way because for most of my life I was the same. There are guys who befriend with romantic motives but very often it’s guys who pursue romantically but scoff at the notion of “let’s be friends”. I was definitely the latter but now I think there’s value in platonic female companionship…

You're coming from a place of scarcity, what your saying is a more common event for the younger demographic. After college, those close social groups mean nothing. Your reputation isn't important its what you provide at the moment. For guys in clubs or frats at Uni, having a positive reputation enhances their social proof tremendously. I can't emphasis how much that stuff falls off a cliff after school. Social proofing at the workplace is a different dynamic. Men and women who were icons of the …

What do you mean by desire? Purely getting off? Its pretty apparent that most women don’t get off in those casual encounters and we’ve heard the complaints about lazy/selfish lovers. Really, I would give the same advice that I give sexless dudes. If your looking for just the carnal pleasure the less desirables of the opposite sex will likely be the most selfless and giving in terms of your needs. If it’s about validation/pride/ego, (all of things which men suffer from in this realm as well) then…

I think this is the best answer. I also question how long this waiting is. If we are talking months of dating...there’s nothing to build on. If it’s only a few dates she could very well have the same raw attraction as the ONS guy. It could just be a matter of environmental differences at that point.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/20 06:47 PM

She could definitely be enhanced, that’s my point. Your examples are freakshows while this one is at least anchored to reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/20 02:28 AM

There must be a lot of rappers nowadays? In all seriousness, your examples are a fringe fetish far from the male ideal. If your saying that there are unrealistic beauty standards that’s one thing, but these...people are not the epitome of that standard. Many of my male friends follow this model: https://www.instagram.com/emrata/ I don’t know anyone who follows those other types of women. I suspect in certain parts of the world they may be more attractive than others.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/20 02:14 AM

By who rappers? They look like their from another planet. You can also buy followers now so I wouldn’t put too much credence into that. I’m not saying women don’t have pressure for unrealistic beauty standards but your examples are not that.

I think the vast majority of men on here suffer from average dating problems. There are definitely outliers (and loud probably teenage ones) but most of the gripes that men talk about are what I see irl. Looking through social media I get a daily intake of memes portraying the same issues that are talked about ad nauseam (beta/simps, chads, bad boys, height, OLD) here. There are certain concerns that are amplified with each subset population. The problems women speak of here are true irl as well…

How he treats you will definitely be the best indicator. Contrary to the popular opinion, not all chads are assholes. Some of my friends who are selfish lovers are actually great guys to be around. They treat everyone really well they just care about their needs more than others. From my perspective, it’s women competing with each other to please these top tier guys. Yea I can see it being tricky because guys can be sensitive to those things. I don’t think the less desirable men are statistically as likely to have sex, most of those experiences women have are with men that are desirable in some way (not necessarily looks). Not disposable in terms of trash but rather not unique or significant in some way. Anyone who simply views human beings as objects will run into problems down the line. I didn’t bring up looks but it definitely plays a big part. Confidence, charisma and status can play a role as well. Individuals with traits that attract the majority of women are not all evil, they simply don’t care about pleasing everyone. There’s an abundance which allows natural selfish human tendencies. You see a similar sit…

Yea and if he sees them as disposable because he has 10 others waiting for a call, he’s not going to invest in just the one. Men don’t care about someone just because they choose to sleep with them.

That idea you touched on about sacrificing attraction for a relationship is so foreign to most men yet it sort of makes sense how it would be something that women would consider.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/20 11:23 PM

Yea it’s because those guys truly don’t care about their partner. Those instances women speak of are with men who don’t care and have a lot of other options. You can’t convince someone to care about your feelings or desires.

I wouldn’t trust the data about those apps. Every single women I know, from sisters to friends, has had an OLD profile. Some of them had no intentions of meeting someone either. One thing I noticed was the general frustration and deletion of social media apps being more prevalent among women. My guy friends either have tinder/Instagram or don’t, there’s not a lot of back and forth.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/20 06:51 AM

It’s usually good for guys but sometimes there’s a chemistry involved in that, you have it with some people but not with others. I don’t know if a guy can really know he’s ready for a relationship if he’s never been intimate with her like that though. I suspect a portion of the “pump and dumps” are attributed to that.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/20 08:47 PM
2

That’s an interesting way to view things. For most men it’s the opposite, they can get detached to the personality after sex. I’ve had instances where I was very interested in someone but after sex I just didn’t feel the same. When the man is attracted to her personality and the sex is good, that’s when the relationship becomes serious.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/20 08:32 PM

I had the same experience as you with the my ex. If the chemistry is strong, I can’t see waiting more than 3-4 dates. I get that some people are more traditional but if that’s not the case, waiting can be a sign of lack of chemistry/attraction.

From the female commenters it seems more like how sex is prioritized for each gender is different. Men prioritize sex both in the casual sense and in a relationship. Some of the women commenters said that only once there was relationship compatibility, that then they would have sex. In other words, not many men would be willing to sacrifice great sexual chemistry for a great relationship. One cannot come before the other. I appreciate the European perspective. To a degree, the same thing is seen here except it’s typically only with wealthy individuals. America is far more variable than any one country in Europe.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/20 02:59 AM

Yeah I agreed with everything until you got to the part about highly indiscriminate women. The instances where that sort of thing happens is primarily environmentally motivated, a break up for example. Even then, it’s disingenuous to say “indiscriminate” relative to male indiscrimination as that can be far more reckless.

Europe is so variable though. What you said is very true for a country like Latvia for example. I think you can break it up into Eastern, southern, central and Scandinavian blocs. The continent is not this cohesive system progressing (or regressing) at the same rate. I disagree with the apocalyptic perspective but I also don’t think extrapolating current trends, and comparisons to Japan, are out of the question.

This isn’t really something new, people love to speculate and apocalyptic visions of the future are sexy. Look at the Mayan 2012 phenomenon, Y2K or prediction of flying cars. Certain personalities are attracted to visionaries like Nostradamus and Rasputin. I agree that it’s pointless to speculate, but projecting the near future to what is modern day japan seems logical. They were far ahead of the rest of the world in terms of technological implementation into their daily lives so it makes sense …

At this point I disagree. If a women is on the fence about you it’s not really a recipe for a successful relationship. Wining and Dining will not make you a more attractive partner. I’m of the belief that if a mans looks/personality package is not considerably attractive to a woman then the potential for that relationship is very limited. In a ltr relationship I think it’s a great idea to take your girl out occasionally to keep things fresh.

I’ve never heard about this? I do know girls hated how aggressive Italians were during trips. I know during October fest, the locals of Munich sort of detested all the Italians guys coming down to party and hit on women.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/20 02:35 AM
1

Part of that is there are not a lot of guys that women can connect with in that way. The other part is that those few guys have a lot of options so there’s no incentive to wine and dine all of them. The good looking guy with a decent personality is not lacking in prospects. In this sense the dating market is a bit like commodities, specifically petroleum. OPEC is a conglomerate of countries that sell at a fixed price. Wining and dining is analogous to that cost but other women/countries can unde…

This is not that common ime. I have my own antidotes of really successful wealthy guys being turned down because there was no “spark” or chemistry. These are guys who dined them at expensive wineries for dates but that’s not really an effective strategy anymore. Some of these women are friends or friends of a friend and I know who they actually hook up with, it’s not rich Mr. wine and Dine. I don’t doubt that there are some that prefer this courtship, but I think the 20-30s generation of women a…

There was another post today about how women who orgasm with their partner feel a stronger bond. They called it “dickmitized” I believe. This has definitely been my experience and it was corroborated by a lot of women on that forum

I don’t think that’s the solution. It’s more about shift in perspective. When you grew up in a predominantly female household, you tend empathize with women’s struggles. Personally, I have seen family and friends go through a lot of emotional turmoil in my youth and that shaped my dating perception. I think this is why men with single mothers have a harder time dating. As a man, you take it upon yourself to not be like those guys- the ones that hurt the women in your life. This is a flawed menta…

I’ve noticed the same thing with my educated female relatives. To piggy back, men not only value education less but even the ones that do prioritize that are likely far more critical. The dating dynamic changes a bit in this subset because these men are picking from a larger pool of women and have less competition with their peers. TLDR: we should all maximize education

This is fair. I don't feel sympathy for my niceguy friends who can't get dates with attractive women and I also shouldn't feel sympathy for a woman who gets rejected for a serious relationships with men objectively "better" than her.

I definitely agree with what u/death_by_1000_cats and you are saying here. Giving a woman orgasm's seems to bond her to you unlike anything else. For men, we are not really like this. After an orgasm, we actually start to take inventory of the relationship without the sexual element. We start to look at the relationship logically without the emotional elements. Its as if the brain fog or lust goggles come off for men after coming but for women, that's when they put them on. Men who don't put in …

Do you mean men in general or are you referring to men in the context of a relationship? I didn’t watch very much porn when in a relationship because all of my sexual desires were fulfilled. I would think a healthy woman would achieve the same level of fulfillment through my affirmations.

Yea I don’t think watching porn is healthy and although I’ve never experienced this (my gfs didn’t seem to care) I can see how it would make them feel insecure. I don’t think validation/attention seeking is healthy for women either. I get the need to feel desired/sexy/validated for women but it’s a bit of a spectrum with only fans and stripping on the far end. I’ve had similar experiences growing up. I would say the attractive members of both genders know what they bring to the table. Anyone with family/friends who are significantly attractive can see the constant affirmations these people get. It’s a bit ambiguous for the rest of the population but I don’t think women are any more likely to know than men. Some women realize their “league” as they get older and you can clearer see this when you compare their partners over time. The opposite happens to…

Yes I like this analogy. Some people have greater privileges (or traits) that makes “the game” easier than for others. It’s like the mage vs the swordsman, different skill sets for different people. This is true within each gender as well but this is more analogous with the difficulty setting on a game. Easy mode would be the chad while difficult would be the short bald fat guy. I’d imagine for women it would the insta hottie compared to an obese woman.

The primary dating mechanism for today’s youth is OLD. Everything is online now and this trend will only grow. Redpill does place importance on personality, I think it’s just black pill that doesn’t. Basically the equation for attraction is physical(z) + social/status(y)+x-variable +...etc. Z and Y are fixed variables that differ from person to person. I would if he’s a coworker or someone you share a strong interest with. The big thing would be insuring there’s no ambiguity in terms of a potential relationship. I don’t think men care to have a lot of female friends because often times their interests are not the same. Most of our male friends became close to us because we share some common interest.

Most guys wouldn’t put up with being put “through the wringer”. Guys who stick with someone like that are low confidence/insecure so they’re already not someone that an attractive woman would want. The bombshells with bad personality get fucked zoned more often than not. Tomi Lahren is a good example of this. Men are far more critical of their partners when screening for relationships vs just sex. One week of sex with the crazy bombshell will put things in perspective.

I’m the same. My ex had a very lively history before we met, but if I was insecure initially it was very brief. The envy thing was something that definitely grew. It basically seemed like if she ever wanted to try something with someone, it happened. It’s very dependent on geography. Most marriage-aged men are relatively happy with the dating options in nyc, the same is not true in sf. It could be as simple as gender ratio’s The other important point is that educated men are not solely looking to date educated women. There’s already a greater proportion of women with higher education than men, that population of men further decreases when they date/marry women who are less educated.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/20 09:33 PM

This is geographically dependent. Coming from a very liberal area, this is super tough. People literally create large buffers when approaching and mumble hello before scrambling away. After visiting a more conservative area I found what you said to be spot on. Same approach, completely different response.

I definitely agree with the first paragraph. The thing is, there’s not really much opportunity due to the pandemic. It definitely creates for a frustrating environment right now. Also with the way these apps work, they rank you according to an algorithm. During the beginning of the pandemic I would match with people but now it’s nothing. I think a lot of guys don’t realize how tricky these apps can be.

Yep, I can’t disagree with any of that. The OP only brought up one side so I wanted to show how it spans both genders, albeit in a different form. Also as far as TRP’s stance on female nature, I feel that the only negativity is from societies narrative vs the reality. There should almost be a human red pill because the truth is both genders are far more similar to each other than what society would lead you to believe.

One form of entitlement is thinking actions can win someone over. Attraction and chemistry can often be felt one-way. For example, women who use the "nice-guy" playbook on men to try to entice them into an LTR when its clear from a spectator that he has no long-term aspirations. I'm not saying this from a spurned/jealous standpoint, some of these women have been family whom I care for. I think that's really the crux of the issue. You have many opportunities, as a woman but the same is not true for men. You have more women then men doing the CC in the younger years until people start to pair up and there are less men to pair with these girls. At a certain point, usually in the late 20's early 30's, these two distinct demo-graphs come to a head. If everyone had similar experiences then none of this would matter but there is a pronounced disparity in modern dating.

The truth is, it depends when you ask her. The answer will be different. As a general perception, fuckboy's are one of those "hate to love them" things. I actually don't think men and women view them that differently, just replace love with respect from the male perspective.

The point is that with maturity comes the realisation that a committed partner is worth more than animal lust. Because animal lust always fades. Plus sex is usually better with their committed partner than the random person they felt animal lust with, because of practice. Maturity i.e. experience, which men don't get hence the disparity. You can't just say "take my word for it", this happens through experience.

You’re making an assumption that high n-count means not date worthy. This is false, even promiscuous women are date worthy, committing long term is the hang up. They do all that as they get older. TRP calls it the epiphany phase and the wall. The thing is, they don't swing back to more "average men" for casual sex, they do it for commitment. However, bleating on and on about how women devalue themselves for having sex when they know they'd have as much sex as their cocks could take if they had the chance is just completely nonsensical. Going on about how women that have sex are just being tricked/conned/pumped and dumped etc by men they actually want to marry (even though we apparently have all the power) is also ridiculous. They just have different experiences that I can…

Casual sex is a privilege not a choice. Women can partake but most men cannot. If it was a simple right of passage then it wouldn’t matter, the fact that their is a huge disparity causes the friction. Most women can enjoy casual sex very easily, the same is not true for men.

Women typically have more experiences by 30 then men do because of the sexual market. This is a reason why N matters, to match with someone with similar experiences

The reason they want to fuck around is to become on par with the females they date. Because of the way the sexual market is, there are more women then men who have had these experiences.

The problem usually only arises when it’s two individuals with very different experiences. The avg man doesn’t have access to the “fun sex” while women do. If it was a matter of personal choice everyone would have similar experiences. For most guys 20 is way higher then their experience. I know a people that are married with different levels of experiences. One guy in his 50’s says his biggest regret is not having fun sex. Their is resentment from his end because she definitely had her fun while…

Thanks for the response. Yea I don’t take it so personal anymore but rather it’s like when you find out the road your driving is a dead end, I just turn the other way. You hit the nail on the head about trying too hard or coming off desperate. That’s something I want to avoid while still taking the role of the pursuer. The bit about making the shy girl feel comfortable I think I do better then the communication, partly due to the fear of coming off desperate. This was all a good perspective to h…

like i said, the idea that “others must chase me” and “i am the prize” is a feminine mindset. according to gender roles: the man/masculine is the pursuer (the “chaser,” if you will), the woman/feminine is who’s being pursued. my opinion on that is never going to change. any man who adopts the mindset of the one being pursued is adopting a feminine mindset. Again... human rights are nothing more than popular ideas. What we consider or not a human rights changed before and will change again. Also what is popular today might not be popular tomorrow and vice versa. A "human right" is dynamic, not some set in stone commandment. Someone brought up the example of the Netherland's, which apparently does include sex as a basic human right. Human rights are variable.

I'm not gonna date someone that puts my emotional or physical wellbeing at risk or that of hypothetical future children no matter how hot they are now that I'm 27. Never thought of the general competence thing but that makes sense. The bit about an emotional connection from the get go is very true. It's tough to do because looking back, all the times that it happened, typically it was environmentally induced. It's hard to cultivate that from thin air (whether your a man or women).

A lot of things are “natural” that people don’t act on. One can find out what they do and don’t like in the confines of a single relationship. “Trying” different people to find what type suits you is not attractive. To be fair there are guys that act that way as well and ideally they should match with women similar in this regard. The problem arises when two opposite minded people combine.

Please tell me where men look for personality in women, personality itself not just how her sexuality unfolds. They don't care about her female friends, her hobbies or anything that he doesn't see as motherly role. Not to be rude towards men, but I am so sick about men being hypocritical. The average woman is no better than the average man. Average men and women are both slightly fat and lazy. The difference is average women can get attention from above avg men (lower standards for sex) so this inflates their own self perception. /r/PurplePillDebate15/11/20 10:34 PM

If you're talking about the average dude, doing all that is great, but the result is not a 10/10 bombshell. People should all work on themselves but average is called average for a reason. The average woman is not particularly amazing so why should the avg guy be? If someones does the above like you mentioned, and he becomes better than average, he should theoretically attract the same right? Otherwise we have a differential between the two
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/20 10:31 PM
3

You're describing someone who becomes above avg. The bar for the man would become higher at that point. People do all these things to better themselves, regardless of women. Becoming above avg to be ok with avg is lowering the bar from the mans perspective. The reality is avg people of both sexes are the same. The only difference is avg women can sometimes attract above avg men, the opposite is less common.

If you have the money but not the looks, all you need to do as a man, is to offshore your private life. Physically move to SE Asia, Central Asia, Central America, and so on. The guy didn't determine he was great, other women did. You're dating value is determined by the population of the opposite sex. What the majority of women think about him is his smv/rmv. It doesn't work that way for guys. Casual sex is dating down, a long-term relationship is typically equal or the opposite (the women has greater overall traits). Guys sex threshold is low but their relationship threshold is high. The opposite is true for women.

That's your personal take but a lot of girls are totally fine with these encounters. The girls have an interest because the guy is endearing, personable and a genuine good time to be around. The physical aspect is a cherry on top, they brag to their friends about the hot guy they spent their day with. Its definitely not for everyone and it sounds like you don't partake in those encounters. To avoid being played by guys OLD I would suggest being very clear early on with your intentions.

Fair enough. It’s all down to personal preferences and your own individual choice. I guess when you’re looking for casual NSA sex those factors (weight, education, social class) don’t matter as much. Just think people should be realistic when it comes to what they’re expecting out of a partner. Sometimes standards can be too high (girl doesn’t look like a sports illustrated model/ comes from a lower class, etc) thus eliminating potential partners who actually may be a good fit otherwise. OLD is varies very much geographically. I learned this quickly when I tindered abroad. Its interesting to see statistics at play in real life. You can still have a positive experience with someone less educated or personable than yourself. You’re making very broad generalizations and your points don’t account for the complexities that shape a persons romantic and sexual preferences. That’s a really one dimensional way of looking at things. I feel like you don’t have a lot of experience with women or hold some really toxic views on women’s sexuality. You’re using statistics and manipulating them to fit your narrative. When she's in awe of you, literally happy to even be in your presence, knows its a ONS and is more than ok with it.…

Not extreme measures like someone obese. But maybe shes got some extra weight, or is of lower class than me (education, social etc). I figure that my definition of unattractive might be different from theirs. According to RP, 20% of men are getting all the women. Lots of the guys posted here could definitely get laid even if they weren’t famous if they aren’t totally socially inept... or even if they are- at least be charming in a nerdy/geeky/intellectual sense. It terms of women settling on traits they look for someone long term, I'm with you for sure. That definitely happens frequently enough. Settling in terms of looks? Only if he has exceptional status of some kind. The supply is high so she can pick the cream of the crop/crap for a casual fling All of the above happen in the real world but whats interesting is trends not just the chance events that occur. For guys we have casual sex mostly with women below our level.

Guys settle down for casual. The way the market is driven, women don't need to settle, in fact they can do better than their looks-match (casually). It's very in this day and age that a women goes below her looks match for a casual fling.

I know it seems logical on the surface that "bag boy/druggie/etc" types should = less safe, therefore women who go for them don't care about their safety. It's so much more complicated than that. I have friends who preferred that kind of 'danger', but still gave half a shit about their safety. The physical safety bit for casual sex gets overplayed by women a lot. The bad/boy druggie type is far from the safer option but he brings an excitement that the normal guy doesn't. No doubt some girls prioritize the safety more than others but its not the ones going for the bad boy types

I don't think its the cost of entry to date. People should try to be the best version of themselves, men and women. But as you improve, your criteria can get longer as well. Most of my casual experiences were with women who weren't super attractive. Physically and also in others ways. After the deed there's likely some feelings of shame from doing that. It's because casual sex is much easier for one than the other, hence the double standard. All things being equal it shouldn't apply. Maybe for some really insecure men. But I think most would prefer someone who is of similar or less experience than themselves so they could grow together. The only time when men would be fine being a terrible lay are for casual flings. If it's a ltr they like love her and obviously want to make the experience special.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/20 02:57 PM

That's true but unless the guy has been hoeing as well, there's gonna be a huge disparity in experience levels. Granted if their relatively close it doesn't matter. Some guys, especially guys who have had healthy relationships with women, get that. As someone who has had a healthy relationship, its the assholeness that gets us in the door, once we are in we can be our true selves. Their always surprised after a few months in (pleasantly) Still its not ideal to be fake but thats what people have to do…

Women on the otherhand tend to fall into the "If he's nice to me/my family & my friends then he isn't an asshole" trap. But a guy who is a bully/jerk to lower value men is an objectely not nice person, regardless of how good of a boyfriend he is. That's a really good perspective. Also I'll add that the way Chad talks to other guys about the girls he's dating is not how he actually talks to the girls. There's a duplicitous nature in some people and we all see different sides

Nope, for most men the 'asshole' version is a front for their insecurities, and the nice guy is the real guy. But you learn REAL quick that you never let a girl see you vulnerable, or that you care, or have any emotions at all really. If they smell weakness they will turn on you so fucking fast it'll make your head spin. Yea so when a guy really likes someone their considerate and thoughtful but they learn very quickly this doesn't work. When you don't care about how she feels all of a sudden th…

You never know what someone's experience has been (especially online) so it's important to be sensitive to those kinds of things :) I don't frequent the tinder sub but most people look at tinder for casual flings so I would expect the talk to be about getting laid. I would join other apps if you aren't looking for something so casual. Male dating issues are very different then female, a lot of the negativity you see is likely due to the lack of interest from women on those apps.

Yea women shouldn't place much merit into what society thinks of them if they know what they want and it is reasonable (takes some self reflection). It's definitely hard for women and I don't think many people would disagree about that. Their challenges are very different than men, who can also have it difficult albeit in very different ways. I don't think awful men are celebrated by men. I can't think of an even where this is true at least. Most men value other men with positive character trait…

He sounds like a terrible person but what to do now? Do we mope about how all men are trash? Where does that get us? It's not your fault he did bad things. Terrible people do bad things without cause. All you can take responsibility for are your feelings. He doesn't care about them and truth be told very few people probably do. Letting him further taint your heart is your responsibility. If a women is consistently picking men who hurt, cheat and lie to them at some point they have to look intern…

We all know women who always pick the wrong guy for them and they end up hurt. Blaming men is not the answer. We are all responsible for our decisions in life and consistent failures in one aspect point to an internal problem not external (men). If the type of men they pick repeatedly hurt them, their responsibility in that event don't you think? Blaming men is the same self loathing attitude that incels have championed on the opposite side of the spectrum. It would benefit both sex's to take re…

For women its definitely hard to find the guy you that gives you that burning desire and has the long term partner traits you need. It has been true in my experience through academia and athletics. The high value men, top 20%, are attracting really great girls. They are good looking but also very sweet, intelligent, etc. It always came to me as a surprise that they wouldn't settle down with these girls but the next one was just as great albeit slightly different. Its an abundance mind-sight for …

I mean guys with a lot of options have quality options. For them its like shopping at Wholefoods and everything is 50% off. This is the case for maybe 20% of men. The rest have it totally different. For women its definitely hard to find the guy you that gives you that burning desire and has the long term partner traits you need.

I don't think they should lower their standards at all. But at some point they have to realize its them that's the problem not men. We all know women who always pick the wrong guy for them and they end up hurt. Blaming men is not the answer. We are all responsible for our decisions in life and consistent failures in one aspect point to an internal problem not external (men).

You really want them to lower their standards and settle? If I was that guy I would run the other way no matter how attractive she was. There's nothing better than true female desire for you, regardless of the medium...lol ok not like 200lbs A slightly chubby or butterface that worships you is way better imo. Who cares about those girls fighting for men above them, as long as your taken care of sexually, emotionally, etc, you'll have a happy life

When the sex dries up men aren't happy in their 'good' relationship. I've had good relationships where everything was great but I wasn't attracted to them and they obviously noticed. It's not good to have to be drunk to sleep with someone even if everything else about them is very nice. Definitely but the guy you really want has a lot of options which makes him put less effort in this endeavor.

I found this to be true. The more I worked on myself both physically and mentally the higher my beauty threshold became. The same girl I was attracted to a few years ago is unattractive now.

Once you meet enough people you realize how similar everyone is. That can get boring for either sex but it takes time to find the nuances in someones personality

Yeah no. I'm very extroverted and the red pill works well with those traits

If you're quiet and reserved you had better be either good looking, high status, intelligence or can command a room. If you're introverted but just a regular dude you're pretty much invisible to normal female unless you fit some niche. Extroverted just always for more opportunities..besides the fact that they can be very attractive to some women.

umm... this literally happens all the time. When Im horny in need of a quick fling I just hop on tinder and settle for a less attractive girl. Same thing at the bar, shes always happy to date up to someone with higher looks, status etc. Someone with close to my level of attraction takes more effort for me, but my chad friend can easily score with her. This happens every weekend across world

Yes most people also speak from their perspective but there many different ones. I know a lot of women like yourself. Just take everything here with a grain of salt. Most of the guys have had really bad experiences or their primary demographic is through OLD. Don't let this perception bring you down as it doesn't apply to you or your friends who were in long-term relationships but broke-up. There is a subset of women who play the field in their 20's with guys they probably shouldn't and then the…

But - off all man - she has to do it with him (+ all the other guys who call themselves beta). It's so funny you don't see how hypocrit that really is XD. The whole purpose is to become him. Not something that comes naturally to the avg dude here but necessary. Its not really about judgement but instead assessing the realities and taking action from there

I think most men on here would respect that. You worked hard and achieved something really great through that time. It's the ones that were partying with Chad through their 20's and now they want to settle down. Its hard to respect that

The average dude did not get to sow his oats in his 20's. That's really the crux of the issue. These guys watched girls fuck their friends who were lazy assholes, while they got lucky to make out with becky every few months.

Perfectly said. This should have its own post. Its just that average guys don't have oppurtunites until their 30's and thats when girls want to settle down.

Yea its more nuanced than that. But you have to be interesting in some way. Most people are rather average and simple but for men dating that's a burden
/r/seduction27/09/20 07:33 PM

Most guys don't have that privilege of partying and trying different people because its harder for the average man until he's older. Dating over 26 just makes men want to seek more casual experiences and to be that fboy because so many women they date their age have done that. He's not even compatible with anyone his age unless he's had a threesome, sex on a skyscraper etc. etc

But understand that though sex is out there and not everyone is a Puritan, women are not all out there fucking around to make you feel bad about yourself Its not malicious intent on the women's part. Some of the bitter posts are a bit ridiculous as I believe that if those guys were born female, they would act the same. Of course women aren't fucking around to make us feel bad. That being said the CC is propagated by the current market. Being mad at this is like being mad at the price of milk at …

Social media can be a complete game changer if you already above avg in looks/dress well. Having the Instagram clout on top of the physique is the key to success for the early 20's guys. Social media is basically a status symbol so its akin to being a well known figure for past generations. You already have a degree of respect without opening your mouth.

Then they tell you there's no "spark" after the 3rd date. Agree that looks aren't everything but most girls with options need someone unique to keep them interested. Regular Joe does not interest regular Jill

What determines joyfulness is after the fact though. You can seduce someone in many ways but if the end result is positive for both parties what does it matter. If its not a selfish goal. Also they wouldn't be able to slide under the defenses if it didn't work right? So no harm no foul, their in the same position as the nice guys, back to the drawing board. But if that works it creates a positive feedback loop to continue that behavior.

Yea but I think a little douchiness, like making fun of her, goes a long way in creating some spark. Part of chemistry is just out of both peoples control but a big part is created through communication (verbal and non) For a lot of guys, they are not comfortable acting that way with someone they like and are hopeful for. Its like a meeting a new co-worker or friend. It feels mean. I think for people that are genuinely nice it shows in the long run anyways but from a male perspective, being the …

Yea I mean I have been like that and in certain friend groups, I know guys like that. They typically have good friends but don't have the best luck dating. I would equate it to how women wear make up and get really done up early in dating but once you get to know each other that stuffs not necessary. For nice guys its better to be a little more feisty and hide that considerate part of their personality until they get to know someone. A girls perspective is different and I know my girlfriends all…

I think your both thinking about it wrong. Guys who are nice people in general (to everyone) are not looked at desirably initially. Maybe it looks fake or weak, but its negative nonetheless. He's simply saying don't do that with dating. The part about women being nice to manipulate is partly true in that some women do that but also some are absolute sweethearts with pure intentions
/r/seduction24/09/20 04:17 AM

That's fair but some people are just nice ( ie kind and considerate) to everyone, male or female. I think its a big positive once there's a long term relationship but as far as dating its not a good quality for men to have ime

I think this post is for Nice people in general. Im nice to both genders, its not about manipulating people its about being kind and considerate. Ive had close friends and family describe me in this way at least. But being nice is detrimental in dating, I've had to adapt my personality because of this. Once a guy is further along in a relationship, I think the traits nice guy traits actually become a big plus. So basically hide your "Niceness" while dating and then let them see the nice you over…
