1	Testosterone fluctuations is never allowed as a defense for a man's actions. You still have a sound mind even with elevated hormone levels. Sure it might make you you more brash but it’s not like alcohol — which actually impairs your critical judgements skills and makes you sluggish. Also, everyone has different hormone levels, so how high is high? Should people with above average testosterone levels be monitored?
