Infant circumcision is child abuse. Unless you're a Bedouin where sand under the foreskin poses greater medical risks for your son than circumcision, there's 0 medical justification for it.

and if he wants to leave it is his life Except at any time she can get the state to make him pay to support that kid. If abortion is legal, child support should be optional.
/r/MensRights27/08/23 05:48 PM

Yep, that's how that works with a public defender... they're not really your lawyer.
/r/MensRights21/08/23 01:41 AM
1

Yep. It sucks.
/r/MensRights21/08/23 01:40 AM

Hire a lawyer. Unfortunately only someone who knows the law and is being paid by you will be able to effectively advocate for you in this.
/r/MensRights21/08/23 12:42 AM
1

Yeah, your notarized agreement means nothing. You need a custody order from the court. Kick your mom out, get a lawyer, and file for custody with the court ASAP.
/r/MensRights16/08/23 01:48 AM
1

Alimony, yes. Child support, no (at least not in any state that I'm aware of). The new husband doesn't become responsible for the kids just because he married their mom. Their father is still their father and is responsible for financial support of his kids under the law.
/r/MensRights01/08/23 05:20 AM
1

Best suggestion I've seen is to hide a couple air tags in the kids' backpacks. Track them for 2-3 cycles of your custody arrangement to show they're not living in the ordered locale (of course make sure you are and include that). Then file whatever CA has for finding her in contempt of the order with that as evidence.
/r/MensRights01/08/23 05:15 AM
1

Usually not, it can end alimony in some states & situations.
/r/MensRights01/08/23 04:47 AM
2

It's not a crime, it's a violation of a civil order so there are various remedies that could be sought/enforce by the court. Not sure about CA, but in CO the consequences of being found in contempt could range from being taking a parenting class to being fined.

Some invaluable resources I've found: Art of Manliness Everything by Jack Donovan, but especially "The Way of Men" "How to be a Man" film & "The Death of Cool" book by Gavin McInnes

You got back together with her, clearly there was a reason you broke up (a lesson that should have been learned), and you got back with her (didn't learn the lesson). This is evident in tha fact she hasn't stopped taking the child support from you. If she was a good partner she would have.
/r/MensRights21/04/23 01:14 PM
2

File a petition with the court to stop it. If she fights that, break up again, actually learn your lesson this time, and move on.

IF you get jewlery for anyone, get it from a pawn shop and insure it for retail (jewelry store) price in your name... if that bitch keeps it when you split, report it stolen & get paid.

Was the husband aware/ok with it? If not, it's cheating. It's pretty simple.
/r/MensRights28/03/23 08:28 PM

As long as abortion is legal, child support should be voluntary. And if the parents are "co-parenting" one parent paying the other support isn't necessary.
/r/MensRights15/02/23 12:19 PM
8

Not illegal, but voluntary especially if abortion is legal.
/r/MensRights31/01/23 07:30 AM

Yep. It's the only way to ensure you don't get common law married.
/r/MensRights26/01/23 07:21 PM

Step 1 - don't get married. Step 2 - have anyone you cohabitate with sign a lease/roommate contract. Step 3 - keep what's yours kang.

Since we can identify as whatever we want now, I'm a strong woman of color.

This is why there's a MGTOW movement.
/r/MensRights01/01/23 11:02 PM
1

It does have a bearing on behavior. You're proof, coming here seeking validation for your deviant degenerate behavior. You want a pat on the back & to be told you're strong & brave for being a Nancy. Well, you're not strong & brave, you're not masculine, and you should be ashamed. You, and anyone encouraging you is part if our societal decline & deserve to be shunned, not celebrated. Have fun in your little dress. I'm done talking to you.
/r/MensRights12/09/22 08:20 PM
1

Nothing could be more of an attack on masculinity than normalizing men behaving or "presenting" as women. Like I said, I support one's right to do it... it shouldn't be illegal, but femme behavior like that on the part of men is a sign of a society in decline and should be discouraged & shamed, not encouraged & celebrated.
/r/MensRights12/09/22 07:34 PM
1

Because it's deviant degenerate behavior.
/r/MensRights12/09/22 06:45 PM

The right to do it, yes. The act itself, no.
/r/MensRights12/09/22 12:36 AM

Show back up from suspension identifying as a woman (wear a wig and use a woman's name) and check the fuck out of that dumb bitch. If she complains, 1 up her "you're sexist" with "you're transphobic."

No one really owns a home. Even if you're free & clear mortgage-wise, you're on the hook for property tax forever. We're serfs.

Wouldn't recommend Japan, it's a maternal custody country. We talked to a dude who hasn't seen his kids in years because of their anti-Male, anti-foreign laws. https://anchor.fm/man-tools-podcast/episodes/PARENTAL-ABDUCTION---Enrique-Gutierraz--ManTools-Podcast-92-envhrl

Get a lawyer and petition the court for parental responsibilities immediately. In most states, parental kidnapping only applies if there's a court order in place. So, file ASAP. Good luck.
/r/MensRights13/04/22 01:00 PM
2

The effectiveness of this varies widely depending on jurisdiction. Here in Colorado, all the police will do is come with you when you attempt to exercise your parental rights to "prevent violence." They will not force the other party to do anything and once they ask you to leave they will treat you as a trespasser. You will, however, have an official record of attempting to exercise your parental rights which could come in handy in court.

Anytime someone's victimhood can be attributed to their membership in a "marginalized" group it must be.... black guy killed by another black guy? White supremacy! Trans hooker killed after surprising a John with their dick? Transphobia... and maybe white supremacy! Asian person killed by a black guy? White supremacy again! Woman raped or killed under any circumstance? Misogyny! And maybe white supremacy!

Talk to a lawyer and assume she's at least a step ahead of you... which means she's likely talked to an attorney and has been told that this stuff varies widely state by state, but one thing that's pretty universal is that without a custody/parenting time order from the court either parent can just take the kid and there's nothing the other parent can do about it. The upside is that typically once a filing has been made with the court, the current arrangement must be maintained until the court m…

Shit like this is exactly why they've pushed for "no-fault" divorces in most states. Something like this should be presented to a judge and result in him handing the man EVERYTHING! But, nope... can't even bring it up in court.

OK young man.
/r/MensRights27/07/21 02:19 AM

I'd recommend getting a lawyer. All kinds of ways this could go even further south for you... besides the attempt to frame you up into a DV charge, you might be considered married under your state's laws, depending on your cohabitation circumstances.
/r/MensRights06/06/21 05:08 PM

Misandry is "dislike of, contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against men." The word comes from from Greek... miso- ‘hating’ + anēr, andr- ‘man’, on the pattern of misogyny.
/r/MensRights19/04/21 01:25 AM

Not to mention that they'll have literal fukcing beards and no one can say a word because the regs just say males must be clean-shaven.
/r/MensRights14/02/21 03:43 PM

Hmm... I wonder where this supposedly happened? I know here in Colorado, in the ensuing divorce the judge would rule that secret fortune to be marital property and make him give her half plus he'd be on the hook for alimony and child support (if they have kids). TBH, it would be that woman's dream come true.

He a)doesn't have a custody order, b)it's too vague, or c)he's trying to get time that's not his. Regardless, as several others have said, he needs to stop texting so he doesn't get hit with harrassment charges. If it's a he needs to file a motion for a custody order (and good luck there), if it's b he needs to file for a modification and use these texts as evidence that it needs to be more specific, and if it's c he needs to shut the fuck up unless he has a case to get more time.

the new coivid policy trumps your court order. I'd recommend looking that up to make sure. The chief judge of the county court where I live issued a document specifically saying that our governor's orders did not take precedent over court orders... specifically custody orders. Your state/city/county court may have something similar in place.

I doubt you'll get anywhere with the director of the hospital without threatening legal action. I would also recommend you bail on the "sexism" angle, you won't get anywhere compaining about sexism as a man, we're not the protected sex. What they will respond to though is that there are laws requiring parents be allowed in when children are having medical procedures done, especially if your custody order says you share medical decision making with the mother. Of course there are some exceptions …

Get a lawyer, don't take the word of a bunch of stangers on the internet who have no fucking clue what they're talking about. Custody/paternity laws vary widely from state to state, so only an attorney in your state who handles domestic issues will be able to properly advise you. A paternity test may or may not make a difference, again this depends on your state. If she wasn't seeking money from you, whe would have never told you about it... if it's even real. Well, the Marine Corps at least moves them out from the Infantry. The Army's first female Rangers on the other other hand were a complete fuckin joke. From what I understand, during Ranger schoool they packed less weight (which had to be picked up by their male squad mates), humped less distance, and had extra time for everything. It was no secret the school was ordered by Obama to graduate them. What's worse is all the males who were on that squad were looked at as "less than" when they finishe…

I served in the Army from 97-03 and I've seen firsthand that the hey definitely do, especially in terms of physical fitness. The only possible exception is the Marine Corps. Every other branch makes so much accomodation for females that they literally aren't fit to be serving. I guess the new Army PT test does away with different standards for females, but it's already being protested by chicken-shit politicians and bureaucrat for being "unfair."

Well, that's not clear from the thread title.

I have no doubt some raunchy standup comics have told jokes about it... I'd bet Luis J. Gomez has.

Evertyhing can be funny including nut shots/injuries... and there are definitely jokes about chicks getting hit in the ovaries.

I don't expect anything from you. Watch it, don't watch it... I don't care, but commenting on it without actually knowing what it says is fucking ignorant.

That video is way too long to watch to figure out why they think "mask mandates are stupid." You don't even take the time to watch the video, then rebutt it based only on the title and your assumptions about it's message. That dosen't sound very "pro-science" considering you just accused us of being "anti-science." I'll help you out though, the discussion on mask mandates starts about 57 minutes in if you care to actually see what we have to say.

It doesn't bother me per se that they believe what they believe, but it's very irritating that the purpose of that sub is to guest on eachother's podcasts and when I try to do that it increasingly devolves into "we hate your opinions and we need to tell you that here" instead of "come on my podcast and defend your position."

The fact he let her stay means he still might be called a rapist. Should have put her in a cab/uber and sent her home before she passed out.

While I appreciate your opinion, the mods apparently have no issue with this post and there is a synopsis when you click the link before proceeding past either paywall.

Just covered this here: https://mantoolsmedia.com/new-blog/remodel-your-dating-life-man-tools-patreon-podcast-1. Some good advice, a few things I don't agree with, like the bit on opening lines. They definitely require some thought and the reason this podcast is patreon only is because I share the line that landed me a shit ton of dates and eventually my wife!

Not much masculinity about criticizing capitalization online.
