1	Am i still married (Scotland) If she did anything, you would have been "served papers" - someone would have had to give you the paperwork. Depends where you are in the world, but usually you have a window of time to contest if you wanted to, or sign and agree to it. Check the link Realsitic-Tone1824 provided below for your region.
