Mindfulness or Vipassana meditation. You can do a few minutes a day or a few intense sessions consecutively. I have definitely had similar experiences, although sometimes the positive isn’t always immediately obvious but the fact that you committed to acting WILL increase your knowledge and capabilities. I’ve found there’s rarely an upside to voicing negative opinions, if they turn out to be false you look overly negative and if it’s true then they assume that you’re gloating about being right. I find it best to just assume that the other person has thought through all the negatives already and has decided it’s worth it. In that sense you’re respecting their ability to make decisions.

Donovan is a pretty entertaining podcaster but not really a life advice guru. He breaks frame constantly and has a cursory understanding of the red pill.
