You don't get serious health problems from steroids unless you abuse them. Most professional bodybuilders use them during decades and they don't die. Steroids are expensive too. Alcohol and cigarettes are more hurtful. Non professional lifters may use steroids a couple of times to see what is like and give up since it a waste of money as long as you are not making money is not worth it.

Most Steroids are natural since they are made out of test. Many people take them for injuries or just to make their body stronger and not die (hiv patients and people with eating disorders ) Even if you take raids you have to work hard and eat right unlike when using makeup you will look beautiful with make up with no effort.
