As economist call those ferility disruptions as "procyclical fertility". This time it seems to be not boucing back, but rather there is an disinterest in having kids in general which cannot be simply explained by economic factors alone as this ferility rates are unprecedented in any time in human history (even during femines, wars and plagues). There is a push to separate people, exploit weaknesses of each sex and dismantle family and reduce population. Women are unhappy. Men are resigned and avoiding women. They believed that language is just a structure which should be change with social and political change and therefore its not super structure. Also other socialist or better to say national socialist parties. See nazism and their change of language. Change of language and word change to call something is a tactic move. If you change a word which had meaning of something bad and change it to look less evil. For example when people are trying to do Rationalization they are changing words to protect themself (like calling cheating "trying something new").
