3	The double standard of having a choice on whether or not you want to be a parent. You realize this is an ideal situation, right? Here, we're specifically referring to non-ideal situations, a man gets into a position where he accidentally gets a girl pregnant, whether by lying, coercion, or just life. In an age where women in the developed world have at least the opportunity to exercise the same rights men can, the mass feminist organization of the past is no longer considered imperative. Today, it's pretty commonplace to agree that women should vote, can apply for all the same jobs as men, should get equal pay for equal work, should have the right to file for divorce, and should have a right to attend college and be educated. It's is obviously not true that only men can commit DV, and you're right, men were hit harder by the recession than women. This used to ALWAYS be the case between husband and wife BEFORE the feminist movement. Because men were the ones who "brought home the bacon," they provided for the entire family. -13	Erin Pizzey on Feminism I think there definitely is an extreme fringe to the feminist movement. I mean, the signs saying that ALL men are rapists, and ALL men are abusive are surely unacceptable.
